Review: It’s a new kind of guest house property with small pool for family with kids. No/limited staffs. The owner do check in and check out. The area is not at tourist area, needs your own transportation. Basic and quite big room.

Positive points: -Helpful staff at the hotel, may have been the owners.
-Prepared us special take away breakfast the last morning when we had to leave early, so kind.
-View on the rice fields from common area.
-Great price.

Negative points: A little far from Ubud, but then again you pay more the closer you get.
Some other guests were a bit loud but you can hear everything, rooms not too soundproof.

Review: Very clean, nice rooms, decent location. Wifi is a little slow but at the cheap Agoda price it’s at right now we’ll worth the money. Owner and staff are lovely too, thank you!!

Positive points: Huge place , friendly staff

Negative points: Toilets was so dirty , and no roofs, sounds came very loud from toilet , small water till can’t see the water are coming, and black things comes from the shower. No amenities.

* Amazing, responsive staff
* Spotless clean
* Small and refreshing swimming pool
* Green view of the terrace
* Free water, tea and coffee
* Natural light and sunny outdoors
* comfy beds and nice simple furniture

Negative points: * The room can be a bit small, meanwhile every room has a nice terrace to chill or put clothes to dry in the sun or do your Yoga :)
* Location is a bit our of the city, which is also a pro if you wanna chill away from the busy streets and still accessible (3.5 kilometers away from the center)

Positive points: The room was very nice, aesthetic, and clean. The cleaning ladies tried their best to be helpful and attentive. The breakfast was good -- one fried egg, two pieces of toast, and a bowl of fruit. The pool was nice, but very small. Like an oversized hot tub.

Negative points: I felt like there was just the sense from the owner that she didn't want to be helpful? The property is far from everything and when we asked if she rented bikes she said that she doesn't anymore.. but didn't make any movement to help us find bikes to rent (which we didn't find). The wifi didn't reach to our room and when we asked to change rooms (seriously just 20 min after arrival) they said that there were no rooms available to change to. Which was a clear lie because there were several open rooms visibly unoccupied.
