Review: The location of the hotel is good but to find the sign of entrance a bit not clear. The staffs are friendly, the room is clean. The breakfast is simple byt enough for us. There are many monkeys while we have breakfast so the staffs have to be there to chase them away ( the hotel near by the monkey forest)

Positive points: so close to the monkey forest and all the facilities are good

Negative points: they should put bigger sign that leads to the hotel, was a bit hard finding it, had a grab driver picking some stuff up from there and they were lost as well but overall still good

Review: Pros: close to monkey forest (so close you get monkeys visiting hotel). Great pool, nice breakfast, helpful staff. We had a garden view room on ground floor which was spacious, clean and with a nice bath

Cons: no high chair for our 10 month old at breakfast area. Our first breakfast the food was very slow to come out but the following days it was fast (maybe less guests?)

Overall a great hotel in a great location.

Review: Stayed in this place before, a couple of years ago, and was happy to be back, staff is so friendly, breakfast is basic but good and at the lovely location in the gardens. In the middle of monkey forest road, so location can't be better. I found the value for money a bit less this time, since I booked weeks ahead and paid more then the last time, so I had better look for a good deal. Neighbors were noisy and we heard a lot of noise at night, just the first 2 nights, room is fairly small and not so soundproof.

Positive points: It’s situated in a great place with proximity to variety of food/event options.

Negative points: Nothing really. Everything was as advertised. The monkeys will come to your balcony and they are a little aggressive if you e got food/drinks. But the staff does their best to keep them away.

Review: Had fun and relaxing stay. The hotel is near restaurants and market so you can find anything just by walking. It is also near the Monkey Forest and some other destinations. Room was spacious and clean. Monkeys are always around so need to be careful putting food and things outside the room. overall experience was great!

Positive points: Friendly staff. Animals watching, yes there are monkeys in the garden, and they are fun to observe.

Negative points: Next to a run down collapsed building. Maybe they could fence that area off.

Review: I love the room and its facility. Very comfortable and spacious. Only bathroom shower need a bigger partition. Bath mat need to be bigger and cleaner.

Location actually good, but if you bring luggage and own transport, be aware that you can only park your car in central parking and then to walk from there to the hotel with luggage will need a lot of effort.

Staff were great. Poor that the pool only open till 7PM.

Positive points: Staff friendly and helpful. Location set back from busy road and close to restaurants. Breakfast was basic but good and we used the pool frequently.

Negative points: Deluxe Double Room does not have a Balcony as listed in Booking.com - on ground floor.
Bath/Shower in bathroom old, stained and in need of renovation.
Towels old and need to be replaced.

Review: Staff were amazing, the garden and pool were incredible and the banana pancakes for breakfast were divine 👌 not for people who hate bugs... there are a lot in the garden but didn’t really bother us in the rooms, a rogue ant or two but nothing huge. The room was spacious and in an excellent location. I would recommend!

Review: Pros: location is great, staff are nice, and the included breakfast was tasty.

Cons: AC didn’t work, there was endless construction going on next door to the property so couldn’t sleep during the day/they were doing yard work on their own propert so even more noise, no amenities like hair dryer or kettle in the room.

Overall: so so accommodation but you can find better for the same price in ubud.

Positive points: The staff were extraordinarily friendly (11 out of 10).. super super attentive, so is the lady owner, very beautiful people.
The breakfast was sufficient and yummy.
The monkeys were cheeky (endless entertainment everyday).
Very good location too!

Negative points: The ceiling in our room was rotting, water drips came from the ceiling (leakage). The hygiene spray wash of the toilet leaked which caused flooding and one of us nearly fell in the bathroom in the middle of the night from it.
