Positive points: The location is great. We are travelling with a 3 year old so everything takes twice as long to get anywhere which isn't an issue as the beach is just down the road, row of yummy restaurants down the corner to the left and a supermarket to the right and the best part the coffee cart right in the front. Our room was immaculately clean. The staff are amazing and so friendly they really made is feel welcome, we really loved our stay.
Negative points: The only small issue were the beds were are bit hard for us but was fine for our length of stay.
Positive points: Great stay, location isn't the best for food but the room was spacious.
Positive points: The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and clean with good hot water and pressure.
Negative points: It was a nightmare. The first room I checked into, nothing was working and the second room they assigned me to was no better. You will get what you pay for, power outlets, TV, A/C and key card holder to power your room do not work. They've changed my room wich I appreciate but it was much worse and to be insulting at the very end of all this mess they've charged me for 30000 for water which was not mentioned upon checkin nor any signs in the room to say it was not free, it was my impression it was free and it should of been after all the dramas, at the end of the day it's chump change but to put that before the hotels reputation is appalling, also it took on the very last day for them to provide a do not disturb or cleaning hanger for the door. The cleaner just kept walking in as she pleased.
Review: As usual the fridge goes off when you leave room. They need to leave the fridge on so there is always COLD drinks.
Positive points:
Very close to the beach.
Good value for the cost.
Negative points: Not enough electrical outlets.

Trên agoda thì ghi rõ ràng giá phòng của 1 đêm, nhưng khi đến nhận phòng thì lễ tân bảo giá theo giờ.
Lễ Tân kiểm tra rất lâu, để cho khách chờ 11 phút mà vẫn không kiểm tra xong.
Đêm khuya bị đứng chờ lâu mà không được giải quyết nên tôi quyết định rời đi.
Không bao giờ tôi đến cái khách sạn này 1 lần nào nữa.
Positive points: All the staff were great. The location was only one block from the beach. There were plenty of good places to eat nearby.
Negative points: The development along the beach road near the hotel. It is literally overwhelming.

Negative points: SCAM. First, they gave me a dirty room with dirty bed sheets and I needed to complain so they clean it. Then, I was there for a week, and even though I asked, the sheets were not changed. The place is filthy. Also, forget about paying with card as the machine was "broken" the whole week. Finally and the worst part is that they have accessed my account and gave themselves a review with the maximum score as well as change the reservation dates so they don't have to pay commission to booking. My worst experience in Vietnam. PD. I have read that they can access your reservation if you show them the reservation number and the pin number. Do not do it
Positive points: There wasn't a breakfast I wasn't told about any breakfast.and I didn't see any breakfast room. The lobby was clean but the front of the building had rats running all over the place ,into the garage and running around the coffee stand. they didn't have adult chairs with the tables they only had little kid chairs.
Negative points: But the beds were springy boney and uncomfortable and the bedding didn't look clean. And their was no shampoo or co ditioner ir soap and the TV didn't work.
Positive points:
Nice location very close to the beach, clean room and super friendly, helpful staff.
My only complaint was that the mattress on my bed was quite uncomfortable, I could feel a few of the springs when lying in certain parts of the bed.
Positive points: Rooms are clean, few steps to beach side
Positive points: Comfortable hotel and great price. It's well located in Da Nang, staff is friendly, and they also have a laundry service for a fair price (30000 vnd/kg)
Negative points: The elevator had a strong smell of mould.
