Review: Nice little hotel with just 3 rooms on the floor so it's quiet, everything clean, AC works, hot water with good pressure even on 7th floor, wifi good overall very good hotel close to beach and many restaurants, would recommend
Positive points: Lovely staff, let us check in early, room was huge with massive windows. Nice and clean
Negative points: They hadn't put a blanket on one of the beds and the spare in the cupboard was a little dirty

Positive points: It was clean. The location is very good - close to restaurants, shops and the sea (4 min).
Negative points:
It’s super small and doesn’t look like the pictures in booking. It is impossible to move around for two people. There’s no curtain in the toilet, so it gets flooded when you take a shower. There’s no mop to clean it up.
Besides, my booking was canceled by the property just when I arrived at the airport! I rebooked it (fortunately, at the same price). It turned out the reception guy had cancelled my booking because I hadn’t been replying his messages! But I was on the plane! Have never seen anything like that before.
Really don’t recommend this place. There are many other cheap options in the area.

Negative points: At times hot water was limited. This didn't bother me because Da Nang is never that cold, and neither is the cold water.
Review: good location
Positive points: My room was really spacious and sunny, with a full glass wall and 2 big beds, although I was alone. The position is excellent to reach pretty much every spot in town, in walking distance to the beach, the markets and the main food roads.
Negative points: Internet connection could be better, if you have to do some online work, I'd recommend trying the speed before moving in..
Review: 99% of the time the wifi simply doesn't exist. The towels are disgusting with stains. The stuff hardly speak english. The bed is too hard. The AC was fine. What someone need, just to have good clean bed and good wifi. You just didn't supply that. Without wifi I lost 2 days of work.

Review: The bed is hard like stone. The wifi hardly exist. The towers, so dirty with disgusting stains. it's better not to give towers at all than having this disgusting thing in the room. What a guest need? Comfortable bed, good wifi connection and clean towers to get a shower, and you felt with all these three categories. Too bad 👎
