About 3 km to the sea.
And the beach is so so.
If the hotel was by the sea, I would give 10 points.

Review: I am on a business trip, so I booked a room close to my workplace, a comfortable space to rest, quiet and not noisy, with friendly and enthusiastic staff.
Positive points: The hotel was new. Very spacious, very clean. Rooms were amazing.
Negative points: Staff did not speak English. It was quite difficult to communicate with him. The location was not hear Hoi An. It is in a small town calles Hoiana which was around 35 mins from Hoi An old quarters
Review: We booked this hotel as a base for visiting the nearby VinWonders and it served the purpose. The room was modern, clean and had everything we needed. This hotel mostly caters to the local market. The surrounding village has some good local food, nobody speaks English but you can get by with Google translate and people are very friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool. Simple, cheap stay but wouldn’t recommend as a base for Hoi An as too far.

Review: We had a great business trip experience staying at this hotel: with friendly staff, clean hotel, affordable and beautiful, and a wonderful jacuzzi pool to relax after a hot working day. If you want to visit Vipeal Hoi An, it's perfect, very close to the hotel. You should come and experience it!
