Review: Bliss Hotel Hoi An - A Wonderful Beachside Escape

We recently spent nine days at the Bliss Hotel Hoi An in early January, and it was an incredible experience. The property is stunning, situated right on the beach, offering a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

Dining Experience:
We tried the hotel restaurant for dinner, and it exceeded our expectations. The menu offers great value for money with a wide variety of options, from delicious local dishes to well-prepared Western cuisine. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, with daily variations that kept it interesting throughout our stay.

Transportation:
Despite visiting during the rainy season, getting around was never an issue thanks to the hotel's excellent free shuttle service. It saved us the trouble of renting a motorbike. For those not using the shuttle, Bolt is a convenient app for transportation in Vietnam.

Amenities:
The hotel pool is fantastic, providing a perfect spot to relax. The daily happy hour on cocktails was a real treat and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay.

Location:
While the hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Hoi An Old Town and an hour from Da Nang, the complimentary shuttle service to the Old Town made the distance a non-issue. We always found seats available on the shuttle, which was punctual and convenient.

In summary, Bliss Hotel Hoi An offers a perfect blend of comfort, great service, and excellent amenities. Highly recommended, and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

Positive points: Our stay was nice. The staff were friendly. There were 4 of us and we had stayed in a range of hotels and spas during our 3 week tour of Vietnam.
A really good selection at breakfast. The yoga and breathing classes in the morning was good. But after seeing that it had won so many awards we were all expecting a bit more. The free shuttle into hoi an was great.

Everything is amazing

Positive points: Beautiful grounds and rooms! The resort is a good size. The buildings are nestled among palm trees with everything close to the beach and you can walk everywhere. The pool and restaurants are lovely and spa is excellent. Very kind and friendly staff across the resort. The shuttle to Hoi An is very convenient.

Review: We had a lovely stay at Bliss Hoi An. It felt like another world away.
Facilities are wonderful and highly recommend getting a 90 minute massage.
We were lucky to spend New Years Eve with guests and staff, it was a memorable evening and wonderful start to 2025.

Positive points: The customer service was top notch. They really go above and beyond to make sure you have a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this place indeed.

Review: Bliss Hoi An was amazing and the Bliss is Great resort , right on the beach , 30 min away from the Hoi An famous Market. Their staff are super friendly and caring.
They generously upgraded our accommodation to a Bangalow in
order to provide us a better experience which we're totally

Review: Overall we had a comfortable stay. Staff was helpful and attentive. Pool and beach were beautiful. Location is far out from the oldtown, around 30min cab ride. Facilities could be improved, dining tables were too close together making the brekfast ambience quite loud. Privacy was an issue. The ground floor room we stayed in was right in front of the main walking paths so the curtains had to be closed most of the time . The staff was helpful in moving us to the upper floor room in the same villa which helped but the issue wasn't fully resolved. We also had a sitatuion where another guest accidently opened our room and was able to use their card to do so. The staff claimed that the guest didn't use their card and it happened because the door wasn't fully closed. I still do not think that was the case - after this incident I tried multiple times to close the door as lightly as possible and was never able to do so in a way that allows the door to be opened without swiping the card again.

Positive points: The staff were friendly and they were very prompt in their reply prior to our arrival as I was enquiring about tours and for them to organise a birthday cake for my fiance. The room was spacious. They offered shuttled service to the city which was great.
