Positive points: - Location was great, close to airport and surabaya city centern- room was clean and quite spacious, shower was nice, and good selection of channelsn- value for money
Negative points: Not a deal breaker but elevators take some time
Review: It's a nice hotel for business customers with friendly staff and great amenities, but the location is a bit far from the centre , and wifi is really poor at times.

Negative points: Not very clean ( stain on sheet). Bathroom amenities are lacking (no lotion, conditioner, shampoo ) just an all in one body wash

Review: The hotel were satisfying, we stay with children and baby the staff were friendly and cooperative also responsible. Nice for the staff
Positive points: I stayed here for 1 night and had a pleasant stay. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and the tv offered plenty of movie options.
Negative points: The airconditioning was broken and a maintenance person came to fix it. Afterward it started working again it took a really long time for the room to cool down.
Review: Clean room, helpful staffs with nice restaurant & minimarts nearby

Negative points: Window cannot be opened for some fresh air.
