Leedon Hotel & Suites Surabaya

Review: The staff were friendly despite having some noise they decided to accommodate to another room which I found a friendly gesture by the hotel staff management they also provided door gift like snacks to improve the experience in the hotel. Breakfast for the 4 days was fantastic just that some of the food items were just repetitive recommended to have changes alternate days...nnRooms were clean neat and tidy. The hotel staff does housekeeping daily and respect privacy when it's at do no disturb mode. nOverall it's highly recommended for family/business meetings

Review: nnI had a truly pleasant experience staying at Hotel Leedon. The service was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived. The cleanliness was outstanding — not only in the room but also in the bathroom, which was spotless and well-maintained.nnThe receptionist was extremely warm and helpful. I asked for a late check-out because I wanted to use the gym, and my request was handled immediately without any issue — a clear sign of great service and flexibility.nnFor me, this is one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. If you’re looking for a hotel that’s clean, comfortable, and offers top-notch service, Hotel Leedon is highly recommended.nnWill definitely stay again!n

Review: Everything is ok but the taste of the food is just average

Review: The Hotel is in the central Surabaya city. With the fairly price, and with the very nice staff. The hotel have the complete facility, very clean, and with the big room for the normal class room.nnYou should make the booking to this hotel. You will be happy.
