The Shalimar Boutique Hotel

Review: Lokasi cukup strategis, namun wa kurang responsif. nnSaya sempat telepon utk pesan kamar connecting room katanya ada pada tanggal saya mau menginap, lalu saya melakukan booking online dan waktu check in di tanggal tsb katanya connecting roomnya sudah habis. nnWaktu di kamar saya juga sempat telepon reception tentang aktifitas anak. Resepsion di telepon dan di front desk informasinya tidak sama. Yg satu bilang ada satunya bilang ga ada, mungkin perlu training tentang informasi hotel biar sinkron dalam memberi informasi. Kalau tidak ada ya aktifitas anak, di kamar2 jangan dikasih flyer juga krn membungungkan, dari 4 aktifitas anak di flyer ternyata skr ga ada aktifitas sama sekali. nn

Positive points: It is a decent boutique hotel in a quite area while minutes away from the center. Staffs are super helpful. It also provide very good takeaway breakfast for our early tours. The restaurant is also very nice.

Review: Staff was friendly, room was comfy, and prices were affordable. However, wifi connection and breakfast buffet menu variation could be improved. The stay was enjoyable, though.

Positive points: We had a wonderful, very comfortable stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful, we arrived late and enjoyed 24hr room service. Food was just great! The massage at the spa was maybe the best I‘ve ever had.

Positive points: One of the best in Malang, location wise is good. Close to the Malang and Ijen area.

Review: This is the hotel I always stay at when I come to Malang. Great location, very close to lots of cafes and restaurants. The staff are very friendly. My only complaint, after staying at this hotel several times, is that it always take a bit long to get to our room when checking in considering we usually arrive at the hotel after check in time. I hope this can be improved.

Review: I love this hotel a lot! The looks of it, the service, the hospitality of the staff, the amenities in the room! The only bad thing is the WiFi. The connection is really terrible in our room. I will definitely stay in this 5 star hotel when I visit Malang again but I really hope they improve their WiFi connection for their guest to be the perfect hotel in malang.
