Review: We stayed at Nalod Hotel for 7 days. The hotel is great. The staff are very friendly and kind. The room was comfortable with an amazing view. The breakfast buffet was diverse and everyday a different menu. Highly recommended!!

Positive points: The view from the room was beautiful. Gym was clean. Breakfast was good with lovely staff who remembered us every morning!

Review: The family with young children really needs a spacious area, Nalod also carefully arranged the beds and brought a baby crib for their family, along with a birthday cake for the child. Very considerate. I hope to return and stay with Nalod longer. Thank you.

Positive points: Great breakfast, super friendly and helpful staff, and an excellent location to visit the beach. There are a few great eating places near the hotel and well supported by lots of mini supermarkets.

Review: Not a resort, no Spa facilities, not 2 restaurants, doesn’t deserve a 4-star rating. Too much money for that what you get.

Positive points: The breakfast was good, lots of choice, mainly for Asians, not much for the English. There are a lot nicer places towards the city but still on the beach to stay in. This was a bit in the suburbs with a lot of rubbish and rats near the beach. A lot cleaner up the road.

Positive points: Thao, from the customer service department, helped us several times near the lobby. She went out of her way to answer all my questions. She did extra research for me and the tours I was interested in. I've never received such personal, direct, and friendly service. Everything about our stay at the hotel was great. Highly recommended.

Positive points: We had a beach view room and it’s so worth it sitting by the window watching the waves was the highlight for us. The shower was amazing too which was nice compared to a lot of other places we have stayed. Because it was raining we didn’t use the pool but it looked lovely. The staff were so friendly always greeting us at breakfast and coming in and out of the hotel. Location is perfect and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was amazing such a huge selection and they change it up everyday too.

Phòng tầng 18 thì ban ngày có tiếng ồn rất lớn, 2 ngày mình ở lại đều ồn vì tiếng máy đó chạy, báo lại với lễ tân nhưng cũng không có hành động nào
