Review: Friendly , helpful , convenient , clean
Positive points: Spacious and comfortable room. Good location.
Negative points: No divider between the shower stand and toilet area. The whole washroom was wet after every shower.

Positive points: We loved the staff and their attention to detail. The breakfast was wonderful and our room was always comfortable and clean.
Review: Due to a small mistake when booking the room, there was a bit of a problem upon check-in, but then the hotel staff quickly and reasonably resolved it. When we got the new room, it exceeded our expectations. So sometimes in misfortune, there comes good fortune. nMy personal and my family's feelings when staying here are all very positive. From the design inside and outside the room, the space is reasonable, airy, and comfortable. Even the breakfast buffet was great. Both small and older children were very pleased. nIn summary, it's my first time here, but I really want to come back next time. I recommend everyone to come and relax at The King after their trip.

Negative points: Staff unfriendly but might be due to lack of English language - except for Mr. Mam who was extremely helpful.rnThey never updated Booking. Com so had no knowledge of our booking when we arrived even though we had made the booking a week previously.rnHowever they upgraded us without the extra cost - they had nothing else left.

Review: We have been there as a family with a kid. My kid was impressed with a large TV. Basically, this is a excellent hotel.
Positive points: the room was excellent, huge and clean. The staff very friendly and nice swimming pool with view. Very convenient location too
Negative points: the breakfast was in a coffee outside, the choice is limited only to local vietnamese food. I had a disappointing pho bo + tra da...the broth was basically a transparent hot water, few particles of raw beef, no vegetables and no taste at all

Positive points: We LOVED the attentiveness of the staff. They made sure all of our needs were met. They also went out of their way to celebrate my husband’s birthday and made him feel so special. We also loved how clean and comfortable the room was it exceeded all of our expectations. Amazing hotel. 15 out of 10.
Negative points: Literally, I can’t think of a single thing. We have been so impressed.
