Review: Excellent place, quiet and cozy. The internet was a bit spotty at times but otherwise was good to work on

Positive points: Place smaller than expected as per picture. nDid not get the studio I booked as they have different type. nnStudio has everything you need however it would be nice to have some coffee or tea as welcome.

Review: My room was fine, the staff were very gentle, the room was clean, except the kitchen had a bit of an issue, but I will still choose this place to rest next time.

Positive points: The property was fine. We had trouble locating the building but once we did it was so easy.

Positive points: Facility is clean and luminous and convinient and spacious for one person. All amunities are in the best condition and it is close to West Lake.nIt is a real gem.

Everywhere we went we were greeted with kind hospitality, welcoming smiles and loving support. rnrnWe can’t stop telling all our friends how amazing it was. We are truly grateful for such a wonderful experience, the hotel itself was very elegant and we felt very comfortable.

Review: There was no house keeping facility,staff was very rude, hotel location was very bad,no cab can go inside the hotel premises as this is situated in very narrow lane.Receioptionist was very very rude and money minded and she disturbed us at 1 pm in night to know that when we are checking out, she kept knocking our room gate at 1 pm in night when we were sleeping.

Positive points: The location was nice if your looking to stay near the lake. It's not the most central in Hanoi.

Review: This apartment is good small , all things ok washing machine , tv fridge ac bathroom all ok , just one big drawback car don't enter the street car will leave before 500 meter , and we need to walk with our bog 6 luggage as we are 2 Ault 2 child the time was 9 pm in the mid night , as prior informed to the appartment that my reaching time is 9 pm approx , when I booked car from airport to appartment, when I reach near by apartment car driver said car will nit go in street , I walked and saw really car cannot go in street very small street just bikes can enter , as with kids was very difficult to reach with luggage, even I called hotel phone number they just said sorry we cannot do any thing , we don't have any staff to pull my luggage, me and my wife pull luggage with my 2 kids was very difficult to pull 500 meter till apartment, and after reaching apartment no buddy in lobby just came to know by the same phone number keys are not the lobby table , the worst part of this partment is street only for bike not for car , if person is booking 2 bhk apartment, they will stay atlest 4 person means 5-6 luggage but appartment didn't help me out I need to help my self only
