Review: I stayed here for one night for the Central Highlands trip. The room description said it had a pool view, a view of Tà Đùng lake, but I received a room on the attic floor of an additional building. I had to lean out of the window to see the lake otherwise, I only saw the metal roof. The room felt unstable, with loud noises as if it would collapse, and it only had a wardrobe and a bed, giving an impression of being unclean. The bathroom was really filthy, with mold everywhere there was white mold on the showerhead and the shower area. When I arrived, additional construction was still ongoing, making it very noisy and dusty, and I couldn’t sleep during the day because of the loud noise and poor sound insulation.

Review: After booking, the staff informed that the reserved room is no longer available. I have to cancel on Agoda or pay extra to get another room.

Review: We booked 2 nights @ Ta Dung topview but had to leave after 1 night. First, we didn’t know about the “ non-toilet paper” policy, no one told us when we checked-in. The toilets stink like public toilets, the hot water didn’t work. The blankets in our rooms couldn’t be thinner ( the temperature at night was 12•) we ( including our children) couldn’t sleep. Such as a worst experience @ TopView.
