Review: Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The hotel is updated and very clean! The beds and comforters are very comfy too. Will definitely be back for all my Jakarta visits!
Positive points: Overall stay was good!! Staff members were friendly and good service!! Rooms are clean ! Located near to super market and food court so its a plus point!
Negative points: Laundry is little high on pricenMay be more variety of continental for breakfast

Review: Overall it's OK kok, yang perlu menjadi perhatian adalah rasa dari masakan yang disajikan di Resto untuk sarapan paginya, terutama main course, ada yang terlalu asin ada yang tidak ada rasanya atau hambar, tapi makanan pendamping lainnya aman, enak..nkeramahan staf, kebersihan, fasilitas, OK, semoga saat saya kembali memilih Swiss-Belinn Simatupang berikutnya sudah ada perubahan perbaikan... Positive points: The staff were all very kind and allowed us to view a room prior to paying and booking. The reason for this was due to the first hotel booking literally being a scam entity and stealing our money. It was 12am and we were in a foreign country and city trying to find appropriate accommodations. This hotel came through for us and without complaint!
Negative points: The bathroom shower reaked of urine as if previous guests used it as a urinal and the shower head appeared to have not been cleaned in at least a year. The hotel staff did come in and thoroughly clean it for us when we requested them to do so. The curtains were very dirty.
Review: Good location, nice hotel for business trip stay one two days. Not too many facilities And sometimes breakfast not yet ready at 6am There are times where I have to wait to 06.15-06.20 Food just OK Not recommended for family travelers
Positive points: The lobby was elegant.
Negative points: Rhe size of tje room was too small to.make some.mobements. The staff were not ourteous enough. There were not much choices in breakfast buffet. We need to deposit an ID to have an extra key.

Positive points: The hotel is located closed to MRT station which is one of the benefits.
Negative points: Since it's located in the front of the busy traffic, sometimes it'd be a bit noisy from the outside and it might be annoying.

Positive points: Nice Hotel, very friendly stuff, I asked for a few things and they all started to helping me. Good location, close to Time square mall of Jakarta. You get value for affordable price, Good breakfast and restaurant.

Review: Staffs were super duper friendly, clean room with a great city view, located in a very strategic place.. near mrt station, mall & transjakarta bus station.
Positive points: The hotel is clean, close to a shopping qmall and there was always a taxi standby. Staff is very friendly and the look of the hotel looks great!
Negative points: The elevator took a lot from my time because he was always full or took a long time until he was at the 15th floor.
Review: This is my 3rd time. And this time is great experiences. The room was great, and clean. The staff was very nice.
Positive points: The staffs are helpful and accomodating. Easy check in and check out.
Negative points: Room is standard, but it is different from the pictures. No carpet, no small pillow. Bidet was not working properly. Shower lever was broken, they did not fix, although it is still functioning with a little bit of effort.

Positive points: Staff was amazing. Very kind, gracious. They let us check in early after we arrived early. It was a life saver. Hotel bar/cafe is also good. Room was clean and all of it a good value
