Negative points: We faced some inconvenience during our stay. For the first three days, only two elevators were working, which caused long waiting times. We also had to follow up several times to get room service, even after making repeated requests.nnOverall, the experience did not match the price we paid. We will not return.
Review: The room furniture is old but in a good condition. Bad smell in the bathroom and not really clean for the room.

Review: Unfortunately, my stay here was not a pleasant one. The breakfast was especially disappointing—options were very limited, and the food didn’t taste as good as it looked.nnOverall, it fell short of expectations, and I don’t plan to return. This was my first and definitely my last stay here.nn
Positive points: Swimming pool was clean and provided kids gamesnService was excellent very helpful staff shoutout to Agi helped me from the reservation until check out.nClean room with wonderfull view , the breakfast are great 👍

Negative points: We have to call 4 times to get the towel in three rooms that we have reserved. We have checked in the hotel by around 5 pm unfortunately there were no towel inside 3 rooms that we have booked. And the towel just coming after 4 times my husband calling .. please improve those service .
