Review: Good
Positive points: Big executive room. Staf helpful. There’s a circle K right at front the hotel.
Negative points: Emergency door 10 floor locked. Towel are too old, it’s like you swap with a paper.
Review: Please the room, tv was not in good condition, door handle, curtain as if no maintenance carried out.
Positive points: Location near to toll gate
Negative points: Hotel in need of serious maintenance. Mould everywhere. Bath towel were torn and discolored. Balcony was dirty, ruin the great view.

Positive points: The room quite spacious. Bedsheets also clean, lights room bright enough, and the view was good. rnBreakfast menu quite varied. There is also a safety playground for kids near the lobby / pool. Big pool also. rnMovie theater, and archery game set up at the Ballroom in the evening. The kids love it so much....rnGreat facilities.
Negative points: - Restaurant could not accommodate the whole guests when we had breakfast at the same time. Besides the service of live cooking also not fast enough to fulfil the guests' requests. rn- There is no light above the shower area. So, it was a bit dark at that area.

Review: Saya pesan 2 kamar. Ukuran kamar tidur cukup luas, tempat tidur nyaman. Kamar saya pakai double gorden tapi kamar satunya hanya 1 gorden jadi kalo di buka langsung kaca. Kamar mandi di bagian closet air nya menggenang (shower closet nya bocor). Tempat pembuangan air kmr mandi di bawah shower juga menggenang tidak langsung kering. nnUntuk makanan --> saya menginap 3D2N (sabtu - senin). Untuk breakfast di minggu cukup enak dan banyak varian hanya sayang untuk salad terlalu sederhana item nya no cheese, no salami beef. Terlalu banyak karbo (nasi putih, nasi jeruk, mie goreng, potato bake). Ayam terlalu keras, tapi dessert nya lumayan walau tanpa puding. Jamu2an khas swissbell masih ada dan ini favorit saya. nTapi di hari senin makanan sangat minimalis dan seadanya, agak kecewa seh krn ga sesuai dgn harga makanan breakfast. nnSaya lihat pintu kamar di kanan kiri banyak yg rusak di bagian tapping card nya. nnSayang seh padahal tempat nya strategis tapi dari segi kamar dan makanan agak kurang ya. nTuk staf sangat ramah dan profesional
