Review: The staff couldn't find our booking even with provided booking ID and screenshot. We needed to persuade them to let us in.nThere were cochroaches in the room, dirty bedsheets and dust everywhere.nThe restaurant on site was closed and they couldn't provide us a microwave or a kettle.nAnd the hotel was surrounded by smoke fumesn
