Positive points: Rooms are big, lifts work well, menu of food and wine was mixed and had something for everyone. The location is great for us, racing at the karting track that is nearby.
Negative points: More than half the items on the menu were not available (beef, chicken, vanilla ice cream, lamb, all the white wines etc)rnThe rooms were filthy dirty, with insects through themrnThe air conditioners are noisy and rattle all night. We changed rooms to the 9th floor which was better, except then there was no water to the room in the morning. rnAt dinner, they had a live band which would have been great, except they were so loud that a decibel meter showed it would cause permanent hearing damage. We asked 9 times if they could turn it down and the staff did nothing. Everyone was avoiding the restaurant because it was so loud, you had to shout at each other.

Review: Hotel yang poolnya buat anak puas berenang, main air, makan indomie setelahnya, minum jus juga di dkt pool tersedia. Awal datang request join bed dan dikabulkan, sofa bisa utk tidur juga jadi aman sekali bawa anak2. Sarapan bisa ditingkatkan lagi dari rasanya, menu anak2/kids corner nya juga kalau bisa lebih baik. Dan saat kami menginap kebetulan tidak ada kids activities jd tidak bisa review tapi anak2 puas sekali bermain air disini. Oya 1 yang perlu diperbaiki, bau rokok sangat mengganggu dan berisik tidak tau dr mana asalnya.

Review: Stayed at Lorin next to sentul raceway and close to palm hill golf.nrestuarant food ordinary-almost no choice......central pool closed metalica like band played till 10pm shaking windows. room old chipped furniture.
Review: Great place for staycation with family. The bed was comfortable. I didn’t like the shower. Not really satisfied with the food. But overall the kids had so much fun
