Review: I'd enjoy stay at this hotel
Positive points: Very friendly and always very helpful
Negative points: The staff was very accommodating and the pool was great
Review: It's a neat place for stay a while, located in the heart of the city. Design is great and feel connected to nature
Negative points: most of thing is fine. clean, comfy bed and stuffs in the hotel are all pretty and elegant. but this hotel has 1 critical problem that is you can hear everything in your next room even talking, small volumed TV, laughing.. everything. which means your next room can also hear what you are doing in the room.

Positive points: Been in multiple top rated and 5 star hotels in Jakarta, yet Sutasoma won the best hotel ever in terms of all services! rnrnplace is beyond expectations, well and luxurious belt, super clean, super safe, delicious dining for both breakfast and its in-house dining experience, room is well equipped with cozy ambiance! rnrntoped up with amazing staff whom literally around the clock helping and assisting with a smile, mad respect and much love to every single person behind Sutasoma Team ❤️.rnrnPlace is highly recommended for those who will appreciate the various aspects of hospitality and inspired by meaningful details. rnrnDo not forget to order a coffee whenever you can grab one cause they are just sooooo good at making a piece of art behind that serving cup of coffee ❤️

Review: utk kamar oke2 aja. cm restonya kecil banget utk hotel, mau breakfast harus antri dl dan diminta sharing table sm guests lain (mejanya sangat terbatas). staff yg handle tamu di depan resto was not polite.
