Review: It was not my first time here but what I see is worsen quality of water.nIron smell is still acceptable for some level but the dirty water is really unaceptable.nPlease improve your water either cleanliness and the debit of the stream.

Review: Hot water is hot, air con is cold. U pay for what you get. Hair, dust and stained tables in the room and toilet. Be prepared to clean your own. Livable.

Review: Extremely dirty and poorly maintained facility — it's a mystery how this place is rated Exceptional on Agoda. The first room had no towels, toiletries, or hot water in the shower. After I complained, they moved me to another room, but it was still unacceptable: the balcony was filthy with bird droppings and cigarette butts, and the room reeked of smoke. The blanket had holes, the sheets were stained, and the overall cleanliness was appalling. The staff were unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving issues. The only positive aspect is its proximity to a good bus stop, making it well connected to the rest of the city. Avoid this place at all costs.

Review: Cukup sekali nginep disini. Harga di aplikasi beda saat chek in. Alesannya kalau harga sesuai aplikasi hotel tdk dpt apa apa. blm dipotong pajak, blm diambil aplikasi katanya. Ada tambahan 50k. Terus knp pasang harga tersebut klo tdk dpt apa apa?? Air kotor bgt, selama dihotel tdk mandi tdk sikat gigi bener2 kuning bau besi.

Review: Ketika cek in diminta penambahan tarif kamar sebesar Rp 50.000 dan ini kurang menyenangkan. Krn katanya harga di aplikasi tdk sesuai.. tolong hal2 tdk nyaman spt ini diperhatikan pihak hotel dan aplikator

Review: Sebenenrya gak ekspek banyak dengan harga segitu, namun kaget pas mau cek in diminta 50.000 dengan alasan tadinya minta update harga ke agoda namun blm berubah terus. lah customer kan gak tau yah urusan begituan.
