Review: Black mold on the shower curtain that we reported to fd staff was not cleaned and made us both sick with sinus cold and heavy congestion and headaches….request to be moved to different room was denied….fd staff ordered taxi to airport for us and charged over double what the taxi driver would have charged

Review: They said they have a fitness center? OMG! What a joke tread mill that does not work one yes one bump bell. That could be me for booking here. When you shower, the water runs underneath the window that separates the room from the shower and goes out onto the floor and underneath the desk and nobody wants to do or know about it this place is there spend some money get a real place

Review: This hotel was a few blocks away from the beach. It is older than the picture so there were signs of wear and tear. The facility is a bit older. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom has a full window which seems common in the area. I like the hotel, just expected something newer based on the picture.

Review: Very close to the beach. Superb staff. We booked 1 day then extended to 10. Many local eateries and right next to hotel, highly recommend the variety store for all your essentials. Beer cheaper here than anywhere. Within 10 minutes by Grab to the city center. Great bike rental shop. Go to Kong Rental Scooter around the corner of the hotel. Can rent 50cc bike without ID or license. Cheap. Lovely couple operating this place. Speak English, very polite, courteous, helpful and their bikes are well maintained.

Review: Walking distance to MyKe beach. Lot's of local eateries around. We extend to 10 days here because of location and onvenience.

Great location with loads of places to eat and drink.

Very comfortable bed. 5 star bathroom with large walk in shower which has excelkent water pressure and hot water.

Girl friendly for those who know what that means.

Review: The hotel buy review!!! DON'T GO THERE THE PICTURE AREN'T REAL!

We got there and were confused because the name of the hôtel was Hai Trieu Hôtel. We werent sure to recognize the hall either since it looks way better on the photos. The hall is dusty and dirty. We knew a name change and the fact that the lobby didn't look the same was not a good sign and we were right.

The room was not the one we booked, it was humid, there was mold in the bathroom, the walls were visibly dirty, the bedsheets too with many stains. We got back down 3 minutes later and they would not refund. They told us to wait and wait again for the manager approuval and it never came. She endend up telling us that there would be a fee for a refund to be done in two weeks but we had to wait again, we felt it was a scam so we left.
