Review: Wr booked this hotel after reading reviews. When we first arrived, we handed the booking paperwork to the lady behind the desk (wife of owner). She did not say anything, and just stared. I finally asked her, "what do you need?" And she replied "passports". The staff are not very friendly - except for one of the young girls that helps clean rooms - but she is ony there temporarily doing an internship. She was the only one that was smiling and willing to help. There is nobody to help you bring your suitcases up the staircase. They just watch from behind the desk as you lug up your suitcases. Breakfast is not buffet style - can only order one item off the menu. But the pho tasted decent. When we were leaving, they just stood and watched is lug our suitcases down, did not offer to help, or even offer to call a cab. Not service oriented one bit. Room was decent sized, and clean.

Review: I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and right from the first minute I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile and felt welcome. The first night I returned back to the hotel about 9pm to welcomed by T-Rex ( my nickname for the owner) and his lovely wife, who were sitting with other guests outside enjoying food and wine during the Tet holiday!! It was great to sit with them make new friends and laugh. It felt like being with family. Thank you see you soon for the wedding!!

Review: we arrived and the staff had very limited english and so we were told there was no breakfast although my voucher included it-they then arranged for room service but only noodles with egg (bun cha) or egg on toast-so breakfast was poor.

Review: I stayed only for one night but the room was clean and I think the hotel is fairly new so everything smell fresh. There is many hotels around the area but the taxi driver seemed clueless trying to find the hotel. The location is a bit secluded giving you some peace of mind but if you are to go out at night and walk back to hotel, it may not be suitable.
The staffs speak so little English - I had to use iPod translator to communicate (good thing about complimentary wifi service here). However, they tried so hard helping me to get dinner and taxi. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but staffs were kind enough to buy me food and send it to my room.
It is a fairly good hotel but one may need to have a local guide for communication if you need to go around.
Highlight of the day is when I reach the My Khe beach, which is only about 10 minutes straight walk from the hotel.

Positive points: Quiet, near to the beach, very clean room

Review: We stayed here for three days and enjoyed it very much. The beds were the best we have experienced in Vietmam.its a 15 min walk to China beach were we got incredibly cheap delicious seafood and beer. A minus point staying at the hotel was building work going on around and its location, a bit oit og Danang centre. But this was no great hassle for us as we liked to walk about and have a look around. We loved the hotel amd its facilities in our room, wifi, satellite tv, tea/ coffee etc and did i mention that bed.

Review: Nơi này có mùi rất tệ. Nó chưa từng được dọn dẹp chút nào. Nhân viên cũng đã cáo buộc chúng tôi lấy một ấm nước. Thực tế là cửa phòng của chúng tôi đã mở khi chúng tôi quay trở lại khách sạn và phòng đã được dọn dẹp. Họ đã trả phòng cho chúng tôi mà chúng tôi không yêu cầu. Đừng đặt phòng khách sạn này.

Review: Khá gần biển. Khách sạn sạch sẽ. Nhân viên rất thân thiện. Sẽ trở lại khi đến Đà Nẵng dịp tới.
