Review: We just stayed for one night in this hotel but it was really nice! The beds are comfortable, the staff is amazing and the breakfast is really good.

Review: Excellent stay at Sun Ha Giang. The lovely ladies at the front desk were super welcoming and accommodating with my extensive list of laundry preferences and last minute breakfast request. A special shout out to Lisa and Lisette who looked after me and were super lovely and friendly. Room was clean and spacious - balcony was a bonus. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if I return to Ha Giang!

Review: The owner and staff are very friendly. The staff booked a taxi for guests and helped them carry their luggage to the car. The breakfast I had was omelette bread and a fruit platter, very nutritious. There is parking available indoors. Overall, I am satisfied.

Positive points: Cannot recommend this place highly enough! It was clean, really comfy - had a kettle and a heater in the room, as well as free bananas & sweets! Breakfast was amazing - fruit platter, choice of eggs & bread rolls with coffee. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good place - we will visit again after our trip on Ha Giang Loop!

Positive points: Nice simple breakfast. We had to check out early and staff provided the seven of us egg sandwiches and bananas to go early, before the kitchen normally opened. Very sweat.

Review: We were given rooms which were incorrect as per our bookings we booked 3 rooms of same type but we were given only one room of that price other rooms were of lower price without any money return
So i would give low points to staff for pure dishonesty, other than that staff were very helpfull

Positive points: Spacious, clean rooms, beds and bathrooms. Great breakfast with a variety of fresh fruit, good hot coffee and fresh bread with choice of eggs. Tracey at reception provided exceptional customer service, particularly in arranging a transfer to Cao Bang from Hagiang which she correctly advised would have been really difficult with public transport. Review: Good value for money. The hotel has a dedicated area for luggage storage, restroom, rest area even after you checked out. Friendly staffs. Highly recommended if you prepare for Ha Giang Loop

Review: Spacious room. Breakfast priced at 50,000 VND includes a bread roll with egg, with the option to add butter and sugar, one drink (tea or coffee), and a fruit plate with a few slices of banana, pineapple, and watermelon, along with Laughing Cow cheese, nutritious enough.
