Great staff, excellent concierge service & customer care troughout the whole period.n2. ⁠for the management / owner:na) u should provide mosquitos cleansing - I have been bites everywhere. In the room u shall position some machines to kill them.nb) cleaning of the room not great. nc) not having spa or gym not sure how it classify this place as 5stars. I have been here before , last time was told you were about to build a gym. No construction on site. nd) room shall be equipped with table or rooms inside - to position the suitcase.nE) breakfast is the most disappointing thing of the stay. Very poor selection and food open on air with mosquitoes all around. I did not touch anything that was on open. Unacceptable.nnThis is my 3rd stay- I think there would not be a 4th. The location is great but management is very below international and luxury standard.nVery little attention to details.nnHope my feeeback would help future customers experience

Positive points: We had the most wonderful experience at Suarga, from airport arrival to departure. The communication from the team was extraordinary!nWe had a friendly welcome into Bali from Adeo, he was fantastic with our check in process. Martin our driver, was amazing with our luggage and transpo around the island.nThe restaurant staff were so friendly, and beyond helpful. The garden personal so friendly and so an amazing job at thsi eco resort.nOur bedroom was just amazing amazing. So comfortable, the pillows and bed - spot on! Just phenomenal, comfort to the next level.nAngel, Sita, Yni and to all the staff thank you. Highly recommend this eco resort it’s wonderful! We will be backnWith much gratitude Mark and Nikki

8.0 Great Views but there's a Monkey Problem - Rash 20-05-2024

Review: This place has really nice views of Padang-Padang, but has a problem with monkeys. Usually that's fine because we humans are the ones in the monkeys' territory, but there was a huge male monkey that entered my outdoor bathroom. But between the bathroom and the bedroom there was no lock so I was paranoid the whole time that a monkey could simply slide the door to the bedroom. Staff was rather unhelpful through email prior to my arrival, and at the reception, the receptionist assumed a man booked the room for me (a single female traveller who booked and paid for the room herself) so it was not the best welcome where I felt stereotyped. Other than that the staff at the restaurant and helping with luggage were super helpful.

Positive points: The bed was extra comfortable and huge. rnThe villa was in a perfect location to the attractions nearby.rnDid not book an ocean view room, but the view from common areas was exceptional.rnVery impressed with the self-sustaining aspect of the villa (solar, no plastic, etc. system).rnAccommodating of luggage outside on check in hours was great.rnAssistance from staff was great.

Negative points: I did not check that there was no TV in the rooms - little disappointed - but not too muchrnWestern type food should be better prepared. Felt local food little too bland for my linking but still gave it a try.

Review: My family of four went for the weekend. The Resort is beautiful, the ambience is very special they way the surroundings are incorporated into the overall landscape of the property. Food was great, rooms were super comfy & bathrooms well maintained.nThere was a little hiccup with some noisy maintenance work being done in the common area, but not enough to ruin our stay. We absolutely recommend this Resort as a must go to.

Negative points: The rooms don’t have any surfaces (tables) or chairs in them. The food was basic, breakfast was bad.

Positive points: Very stylish and classy hotel with a villa system. The Padang padang beach is just underneath the hotel but there is no access from the hotel, you will need to go from a public entry. The territory of the hotel is rather big but they also allow people from outside to come and use the facilities like swimming pool and restaurant and bar. The breakfast was good but not that much choice. The staff was so polite and friendly and ready to help with any request. We had a late check-out and they allowed us to take a shower at the other villa that was not occupied.

Negative points: A bit overpriced.

Review: 1 bar of wifi in the room, have to keep the bathroom closed because of monkeys and the shower area has no ceiling, no toothbrushes, shaving kit, tv, wardrobe space, or mirror in the room.

Positive points: Beautiful property that made you feel removed from the busy streets. Incredible ocean view, wonderful pools and very comfortable room. The staff were so attentive and helpful.

Negative points: We booked Suarga Padang Padang for our honeymoon, expecting a luxury stay, but it was a disaster. The room had no windows, and the air conditioning was ineffective, making it unbearably hot. My wife got sick due to the lack of proper ventilation.rnrnBreakfast was poor, with slow service and unexpected charges for basic items. The pool service was just as slow, and the overall vibe from the stadf was unwelcoming, pressuring to sign bills and being rude. To make matters worse, a power outage left us without air conditioning, forcing us to cut our stay short. Despite reaching out for a refund, we received no response. This hotel does not live up to its 5-star rating—avoid at all costs.
