Review: Excellent everything! I can be a fussy traveler due to health issues but the staff were very understanding, kind and accommodating. I really appreciated the excellent service from both the house keeping and receptionist team. Very clean building, one of the larger pools in the area and lovely large rooms, will stay again!

Positive points: The hotel was perfectly central and the staff were very friendly and attentive

Review: There were renovation during our stays. Making a lot of noices can not sleep. The workers started their job early in the morning from 6.45 am to 8 pm every day

Positive points: In general I was happy with my final room and spent my time there comfortable.
Also I want to highlight the professional staff. Everyone speaks English. They respect guests and have self-respect

Review: They actually use foods fr on day before. I could not eat breakfast after 2 times. Staff Inept, even forgot to return passport upon exiting

Positive points: Wonderful team here at Star Hotel ! Alex and Finn have been excellent hosts and provided me with a very welcoming, comforting, and affordable stay here ! I appreciate the hospitality and will highly recommend others to stay here.

The rooms are comfortable and cozy. The rooms are very clean, and the maids do an amazing job!

Review: The location is really bad according to the central of the city but it's good according to the beaches. Means that in raining season you don't want to stay at this hotel but under the high season it's ok.
They have a nice pool with view at the top, it's nice to use on a sunny day.
There is a supermarket just 50 m away.
The beach is 7 min walking distance.
The central area, like market (or dragon bridge) is 8 min with motorbike taxi (30 -40 min walk in traffic). Airport 10 -15 min with car taxi depends on the traffic.
You are in Asia so it's common with noodles and fried veggies for breakfast.
I didn't like it, I took only coffee and juice and went out for cereal, bread, cheese, bacon, eggs and beans.
If you like western breakfast, just skip this one, u will be disappointed. I've been traveling for Asia in 2 months now and stayed over 15 hotels.
The staff was not so serviceminded. There where no clean coffee cups the first day at breakfast and they didn't wake me up at 10 am the checkout day as the agreement with the receptionist the day before. Good that my smartphone worked and I put the alarm on.

Positive points: The location is very close to the beach, there are many restaurants and convenience stores around. Good

Review: My concern was the buffet breakfast is a big joke! They say it starts by 6:30 to 9am but when we went their around 7:30am almost no more food and they wont refill even if u ask them regardless whatever u ask even bread as they say no more bread.

Positive points: Basic accommodation for its price. Staff was friendly.

Review: The hotel is situated about 5 minutes walk from the lovely sandy beach. There was a kettle in our room but no cups or tea/coffee, so there seemed to be no point in providing a kettle! The reception staff were lovely.

Positive points: The receptionist was enthusiastic and cheerful, the room was airy and comfortable, and the room was also enthusiastic when I needed it. I felt like the trip was very fun and I chose a satisfactory hotel 💕

Review: Pool was good but lots of stairs to g t their , breakfast was average. Overall good place and cheap.!

Positive points: Great location close to the beach, with lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Exceptional cleanliness (even my picky girlfriend admitted it!) and very friendly staff, always ready to help. The internet connection is decent, making it possible to work. Overall, a very satisfying experience.
