Positive points: The room was excellent and as expected based on the photos on the website. Amyang, the manager was so understanding and accommodating. I would highly recommend this facility.
Negative points: I can't think of anything. Just keep up the good work. If ever there is one, I guess the positioning because it's not on a major street.
Positive points: The staff were so nice and helpful! The room was nice and clean. Great location near to the dragon bridge.
Negative points: One small issue, the shower drained very slowly causing a lot of water build up.

Really comfortable beds, nice and quiet, lovely staff and it was useful to have a washing machine. We really liked staying here. We left our bags here for a few days and hired a moped from them to go to Hue and back. The moped was probably the best ones we have hired out in Asia and cost just 120k.
P.S. Cafe round the corner called KA Coffee does an amazing frozen coconut coffee.

Review: 5 mins walk from hotel, you can see the dragon head and also night market. Dragon head will splash fire and water out on weekend. very beautiful. Night market got a lot of seafood to eat. Worth going
Review: Near the center, just a short walk to Dragon Bridge. The hotel is cute, the rooms are clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities. Everything is very new, and the bed and pillows are soft and comfortable. The TV and hot water work well. There are many delicious restaurants nearby. In the evening, there are some seafood places to drink and eat right next door, which are very cheap and not far away. I am very satisfied and will come back next time.

Review: Hotel location close to the head of dragon bridge. Room facilities functionable, cleanliness is ok except the fan is very dusty. Overall im happy with the stayed.
