Review: 认识了很多朋友，房东姐姐也很热心
Review: 我住的单人床，冬天在外面很冷，进客厅就暖暖和和的，房间也是香香的，这对一个在外面快冻僵的人非常感动。房东人也很好，回消息很及时。离弘大地铁站有段距离要搭公交车，但公交车容易搭上，班次比较多，下公交车走大约三四分钟到，然后不远处有个711，总的来说很推荐哈
Review: I was very disappointed. Warning- it is hard to find (it is down a back alley, upstairs and there is NO signage). nno Korean address is given so you can’t get a taxi to the address.nMany rooms squashed in to a small area. My room had a paper thin glass sliding door with white paper for privacy.
Positive points: It was near to the 홍대입구 station, the host lady was kind to talk with me even not good speaking of Korean language.
Negative points: There was some leftover of previous person , the eyelash stayed in the desk, however overall is okay.
Positive points: Super clean and modern! Great value for the price. I've stayed in a few places in Seoul in the same price range (even more expensive) and they often look good in pictures but are actually cheaply renovated with bad wall paper. I can honestly say Sophie's House is the best place I've stayed in Seoul- the room and house is actually newly renovated and super comfortable. Good security. I arrived early and she let me leave my bags in the living room until check in.
Negative points: If mosquitoes like you, bring bug spray! There was 1 mosquito that found its way into my room even though the windows were closed so I did not sleep well. When it was time to go, I wanted to leave my luggage in the house but could not because she changes the door code, but there is a small area outside the door that you can leave your luggage and I felt safe leaving it there (no one steals in Korea). She doesn't speak much English but is super friendly and uses her phone to translate.
Positive points: The place was very clean and I loved that the neighborhood area was safe and family friendly. rnThe host also provided very clean, minimalistic and pretty basic amenities that were all functioning and user friendly!! rnrn100% will come back to stay again!

Positive points: Location is perfectly balanced between the quietness of a residential neighbourhood but with the close proximity to Hongdae which is a busy tourist, student, youngster shopping district. I really liked how clean the owner kept the property and came to check and clean multiple times a day. rnrnMy room size was perfect for my needs and I stayed for a month, so the availability of a kitchen, fridge, dining room was very useful so I didn't need to eat out for every meal. Location is also close to groceries, convenience stores, dining options, and if you don't feel like walking 15 minutes to Hongdae, hop on the bus almost right outside the house!
Negative points: It was my first time booking a homestay so I didn't know what to expect. rnEach room is a different guest, so there can be noise up to 5am if some guests are not as mindful of the other guests in the house. One group of guests started cooking and banging pots and pans at 7am as if it was their own house, or taking a poop with the toilet door wide open....It's no fault of the homestay owner, just something to be aware of if you decide on this kind of accommodation arrangement that your experience can be affected by other guests.rnrnThere is also no accessible entry, so if you have heavy luggage, be ready to lug it up the stairs.rnrnIt was also peak summer when I went and the living room AC is generally turned off if no guests are using it, which makes the house quite hot and stuffy until you turn on the AC.

Negative points: The sliding door Is noisy. The caretaker is not easy to deal with. We ask to leave our baggage but she didn't allow instead ask to leave it outside the front door. Though we stayed for less than 12 hours. nIt's not allowed to make noise but all facilities is having sound. The door don't have lock. The amount is more expensive than others. I booked for 2 person with 2 bed. But it appears only that it is for 1 person. The caretaker ask for additional 50k won at beginning while the initial rate was 46k won only. At the end she agree to get 30k won as extra payment.
Positive points: Fast and pleasant communication.
Positive points: Tôi thích trải nghiệm ở chung kiểu gia đình như thế này, phù hợp cho khách du lịch 1 mình. Chủ nhà dọn dẹp nhà rất sạch sẽ, mọi thứ thuận tiện từ xà phòng, kem đánh răng, cà phê…đều có sẵn
Negative points: Hơi bất tiện cho những ai mang hành lý lớn vì phải mang lên bậc thang nhỏ. Tuy nhiên cũng không quá đáng lo.
