Sontung Hanoi Hotel

Review: Hotel has conatructiona going on so all noisy all day. Has construction going on in front of hotel also so view from room is also bad. Staff was very cold, not helpful. Didn't even try to help with luggage. Only good point is location near to a market with many restaurants and shops. Not value for money at all. Same breakfast every day and with limited options. No one speak even basic english.

Positive points: Location is not really in center but service is good, breakfast is really delicious.

Review: The images on the website are much nicer than in reality. The restaurant only serves breakfast and does not open at other times of the day. However, you can walk about 300 meters to reach the food area. The room had a smell that was not pleasant to me, although it wasn't necessarily bad. I believe the hotel should add more lights in both the front and the hallway. The road in front of the hotel is relatively bad, bumpy, and has stagnant water. Although it is not managed by the hotel, it affects the mobility of the guests. Additionally, the staff's attitude is okay. I do not recommend the hotel's airport pickup service.
