Review: The receptionist and the security guard were very nice, but the room was very dirty, there were leftover potato chips on the chair, and there were hair and some kind of fur on the bed... it seems like the hotel did not change the bed sheets.

Review: The room is too small, and they even try to put unnecessary facilities to make it full. n My room was on the 5th floor. It has an air conditioner on the wall which is too noisy and too close to my bed therefore I couldn't sleep well that night.

Review: We couldn’t enjoy our stay and would not recommend it.nNone of the employees speaks English, so communication was not possible, which made everything really hard and annoying. Agoda mentions that, we just didn’t pay attention unfortunately.nBreakfast is just a glas of water and pho, which didn’t meet our expectations, that’s why we just had it once. At this morning they actually told us there is no breakfast because chef’s not there, just when we got mad they showed up with the pho.nWifi is not working well and if it rains the sink stinks terribly.nThe location of the hotel is really outside the city center. Don’t expect money exchanges, english speaking restaurants etc. around. nJust keep in mind that it is just a 2* Hotel.
