Positive points: Our host was absolutely amazing. Made for a memorable experience.

Our room was very comfortable. Lots of nice touches that we typically didn’t find at a similar price point in Vietnam. The basics were great too - comfortable bed, warm shower, good ac unit.

Review: I was immediately impressed with the villa decor and cleanliness. I kept my expectations modest since the price was within my budget. I cannot get this kind of value in other cities. Hoi An is a small town but the quality of life is much more affordable especially housing. The villa is a perfect location between the beach and downtown. It is nicely away from tourist location to get local prices and peace while close enough to bike or quick motorbike to sightsee. The villa enrich your stay with a rooftop pool that is clean without much chemical and bicycle give you opportunity explore. The family running the villa are friendly and considerate. The kids are adorable and polite. I am not a morning person but got up for the last day for breakfast. I'm glad I did, the host was generous and food was delicious. I staying near the beach, already missing the villa.

The Host was an amazing lady, who helped us a lot: booking excursions at better price, rented us a scooter and transport.

Positive points: The location was quiet and convenient and our host was helpful and cooked the most delicious breakfast. The bikes and rooftop pool were a lovely bonus.

Positive points: Linh is an amazing host. She always greeted us with a smile and answered all our questions. The breakfast she makes was delicious and there were a lot of options to choose from. In the kitchen there is also a tap where you can get free filtered water, so you don't have to buy bottled water.
Furthermore the room was nice with enough space for your belongings.
There were free bikes available and the ride to the city center was only 10 minutes. The neighbourhood is quiet but with enough restaurants close by. There is a small supermarket at the end of the street, which is nice.
Would definitely recommend staying here!

Positive points: Such a lovely hotel to stay!
I have stayed here for twice and
Everything here couldn’t be better:
- the location is quite close to the ancient town, also the hotel provides complimentary bicycles
- what satisfy me most is that the room super clean and neat, even there is no dust on the table or other surfaces. The decoration is also impressive, it seems all rooms have a sofa, make the stay more comfortable.
- they also have a pool on roof top, which is clean and the view at night there is something memorable.
- last but not least, the host is very friendly, she upgraded me for a bigger room with a very affodable price. Definitely with come back here
