Review: i travelled with friend. our room is beside bathroom which can be a minor disturbance. self check in is great. is just that we have to carry our luggage to 2nd floor which is a hassle but common in Korea.
Positive points: I liked almost everything
Negative points: The room is not much sound proof, I can hear people walking and talking outside, but this is not on a crowded street so only the guests staying in the hostel can hear each other, and the guests are mostly polite, not noisy so it’s still good.
Review: I love how this place is accessible to everything. The room is very spacious and clean. The hosts are really nice too, would love to come back!
Positive points: Location is excellent, close to subway station, and qiete in a small street. Tidy in shared kitchen and washrooms, WiFi is excellent. Good price!
Negative points: Bed has plastic sheet to cover mattress and pillows, which made me not good to sleep. rnWashrooms are shared, not inside room.

Positive points: This was a lovely location--convenient, but also tucked away for a peaceful stay. The large space accommodated our multi-generational family group, and the outdoor space was a nice place to relax later in the evening.
Positive points: I really liked the location, and the area around the home is just something special. Really liked sitting there under the tree
Negative points: It wasn’t cleaned properly before me, I found smb’s hair tie and lenses on my bedside table. The bathroom (wetroom) doesn’t have a lock so I was a bit stressed while having shower inside
Review: It was very conveniently located and just a short walk from Myeongdong and Namsan. Hosts, Yoonie and Jay were friendly. As the other guests were also mindful and considerate, it was a very pleasant stay at in the room facing the kitchen area. Definitely recommended for non-fussy travellers.
Positive points: This is a well located guesthouse just up the hill in Myeongdong. I stayed in a private room which was small but adequate. Stayed here twice (start and end of my trip) and was assigned the same room which made it super easy to navigate.
Negative points: The private rooms are just outside of the kitchen which is fine so long as guests aren't congregating or rowdy. The first night, I exited and there was a bunch of young ppl sitting there at like 1 am. They were very quiet but it was just a little bit weird.
Review: It's close to the station. I was looking for a place with a private toilet in the room, and this was the largest, so I decided on this one. It's about 12,000 yen per night. At a guesthouse, you can't contact the staff if you have any problems, and even if you talk at the entrance at around 10am, the staff will get angry and tell you to be quiet. I was careful until the very end, even opening and closing the door. Also, there is a steep slope. If your purpose and price are suitable, I think it's very good. Thank you.

Negative points: We rented a villa. It was dirty, the window stank of sewage, the mattresses of poor quality. The toilet also smelled of sewerage. The shower is made inside a small toilet and everything was always wet. For the same reason, mold in the bathroom.The host did not allow us to use the shared kitchen and toilet, although it is obvious that one toilet is not enough for 6 guests. Sockets fell out, the host repaired them with electrical tape. There is a vacuum cleaner in the room, but it did not work. Also in the description was a view of the city, in fact, in 2 rooms of the window to the fence, and in the third to the courtyard.

Review: The host is very Nice, and it just nearby myeongdong street. And myeongdong station. Very clean. I am booking the room with private bathroom. Would recommend this for couple, as public toilet will have to queue.
Positive points: The location. Near subway near Myeongdong. Near the Seoul tower.
Negative points: The beds were not very confortable and the room was small but for the price and location it s very reasonable. Also you can hear the noise in the corridors of people going to the bathroom. Again, for this budget this is fine. Would recommend.
