Review: Such a charming and pleasant place if you’re looking for a dorm-like experience while in Hongdae. There is a shared pantry and kitchen, a sitting/study area where you can meet other travelers.nnIt’s nicely located that it’s 5 minutes away from the bustling crowds but still far enough that you can enjoy the peace and quiet at any time of the day.

Positive points: The neighborhood

Negative points: Everything? Lack of cleanliness, honesty, black mold all over the walls of the room and the bathroom, which was a safety hasard. The room didn't look like the picture , the building look like it was collapsing on itself with all the cracks and the bending walls. The kitchen was good, it had everything we needed and more. Nonetheless, the owner was quick to respond ans switched us to a better room even though it was twice as small for the 4 of us. Would not recommend even though it's cheap.

Review: Only stayed for one night, if you have a lot of luggage avoid the 2nd floor rooms (which is technically 3rd floor). The stairs were steep. Room has a weird layout esp the toilet and shower. I keep hitting my head, due to low headroom. nStaff can be contacted via chat

Positive points: The location of the guesthouse is really great, not too far from good restaurants and shopping. The beds were pretty comfy, and I liked the overall vibe of the guesthouse: very cozy and friendly between all the guests.

Negative points: The bathroom is tiny. I kept banging the door into the sink because it was too narrow to have room to open all the way. And the ladder up to the loft is super painful to climb, so I fully recommend wearing sturdy rubber slides to climb up!
