Positive points: not too far from the city center and the riverside. one of the staff spoke reasonable english, while everybody else didn't.
Negative points: the location is not the mosct scenic one, with a pile of rubble just on the door step of the hotel.

Positive points: The hotel was comfortable and secure. Within walking distance to the night market and coffee shops. We enjoyed our stay.

Positive points: Close to restaurants, night market and not too far from downtown Ha Tien. Hotel was clean and staff was very responsive.
Negative points: Room #201 on the top floor had air conditioner problem and could not cool down to desired temp all night. The shower area was very tight. Toilet seat will get wet after a shower. We reserved a family room with 4 queen beds and a room with 2 queen beds. Rooms were smaller than what we expected.

Positive points: The location is great. It is near the harbor of Ha Tien, leading to Phu Quoc island. Also, it is near the market, or any other place in Ha Tien maybe because Ha Tien is quite small.
Negative points: Sometimes the kids make noise, but it's Ok. Cos at night it's quiet, so we can sleep soundly and peacefully.
