Ha Tien Hanh Phuc Hotel

Review: The staff were friendly and helpful. And the location was close to everything so I do recommend giving this hotel a try :)

Review: Good location with lots of options for dinner and the ferry. Friendly staff that assisted with organizing taxis and gave directions to good eateries.

Positive points: The receptionist tried her best but it was still hard to communicate with her. She could offer only limited info but still managed to get me across the border to Cambodia

Review: The good: The room was larger than normal for the price and upon entry was very clean. The staff leapt at any request without hesitation. The back of the building has all the markets in town so you won’t need transport to get your goodies


The bad: outside of the hotels control, my neighboring room (local Vietnamese) partied until 4:00am, even after pounding on the wall it continued.
The room had a pretty bad ant problem and the pillows were 4” foam that didn’t compress, I used the extra blanket as my pillow. I didn’t get much sleep.

Positive points: Clean, large rooms, better than expected for the price. Lovely staff.

Simple but clean room.

Review: The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when they knew we were going to for a border run, they gave us their contact details in case anything went wrong. The room itself was simple and clean, but had all we needed for an overnight stay and we were comfortable. Lots of massage and food nearby, and very near the port too. Would stay here again if transiting!

Positive points: Cheap hotel for one night, close to the harbor to catch the ferry. Comfortable, clean and big room. Staff helped me to find a taxi to the harbor.

Review: Went well above and beyond what was required. I lost my debit card and they brought me to the bank once I figured I could paypal myself money that way, and pretty much successfully did the whole thing for me and brought me back…within maybe 2 hours of me arriving. Would recommend to anyone staying in town.

Review: I had a quite a big room with a king size bed. It was clean and everything works. The staff is very helpful and supported me with all my requests for laundry, bicycle rental, late checkout and a free ride to the bus station. I recommend this Hotel!

Positive points: Excellent location. Helpful staff, clean room, great AC, good hot water in shower. Tv with Netflix and other channels. Good linen and towels. Elevator and new look! Close to river walk, restaurants, coffee shops. Markets nearby.

Review: staff scammed my money. and I called agoda for help. but both agoda and hotel rejected refund. besides, no free water, poor service, and nothing to do around hotel. You can find better hotel at same price. not stay again

Positive points: The staff were so kind and helpful! They helped us organise an affordable bus to Ho Chi Minh City without a markup and we're there to help with any request we had at the time in English. There is an elevator with good aircon and tv in room.
