Positive points: Functional spacious room, short walk to the beach, quiet. Price of 500k seemed adequate.
Negative points:
Scooter (for rent, in unsafe condition) is necessary to get around, the whole area is quite deserted. Food is hard to get outside Vietnamese meal times. The area is still waiting for the boost that all the new buildings along the shore are promising...
For the room: Were given a lower category at first, then upon request the booked Superior room which needs a deep cleaning. Windows could not be opened. Unfortunately, staff was not enthusiastic at all, so every question felt like we were burdening them.
