Review: Having stayed at this hotel on many occasions over the past 30 odd years I can guaranty there are so many positives. The location is perfect as it is 'round the corner' from Sabang: Indonesian shopping. It is also a short walk to the Grand with it's fantastic mall - shops, restaurants, cinemas etc. I Next to the main public transport lines and railway station. The rooms are well furnished, a great pool and the gym is currently being upgraded. I always have breakfast and the buffet is magnificent with it's variety of Asian and Western dishes.

Positive points: Having Sop Buntut on ur breakfast menu is definitely a good selling point as not many (I've never known of any) hotels offer SB on their breakfast buffet menu. My client who stayed at sari pacific with me in my previous trip was also pleasantly surprised and commented that it's a really good thing that you guys did by serving tat.

Review: First time stay in this hotel for 6 nights...n1st night after checking in, got a non smoking room with strong smoking smell...nhighlighted several times to the team but no responce after waited for 45 mins, went down to lobby and compliant then finally got a new room change...nAppreciate on the room management team to resolve the issue.nStaffs are very friendly...nLocation near to eateries and Sarinah shopping malls...

Positive points: The hotel was nicely renovated and clean.

Review: We got newly renovated grand deluxe room which was facing Jalan Thamrin. The ambience was nice but there was a bit of strange smell which we can still bear. Did not expect that the noise at night from the street was disturbing and i really think the room needs improvement in sound proofing. The staycation turned to be a tiring stayover because we can't sleep through, thanks to the traffic noise. The breakfast selection was good and delicious though, staffs were friendly. Facilities are minimum as they are still under renovation. During check in we were informed that the following day 10 AM, there will be no hot water due to maintenance works. We therefore checked out earlier to avoid the inconvenience. I was quite surprised to the fact that we dont get any compensation due to this, or even upgraded.

Review: I needed a break so I stayed for one night at the Grand Deluxe room. It was one of the best stays, the bathtub was very relaxing, the bed was very comfy and it is also equpped with smart TV (although seems like my phone cannot make a connection with the TV to watch Netflix). Breakfast is abundant and awesome and I love their old school interior mixed with a touch of modernity. Staffs are wonderful and helpful, fast response and glad to help you with any questions. I really recommend this hotel if you want to have a relaxing staycation alone or with your partner.

Positive points: I was upgraded to a spacious suite room and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast provided was a good spread with several stations of food to choose from. Receptionists at hotel were friendly and provide immediate attention.

Review: There is no parking space, slow respon of the concierge staff to deliver luggage to the room, we have to pass reception lobby to get to the swimming pool. nSari delicatessen, the iconic black forest cake unfortunately use rum that makes the cake non halal, the taste of risol truffle is very poor there is no curry taste in ,chicken curry puff.
