Review: Good hotel, clean and kind staff.

Positive points: The rooms were comfortable and pristine, and the breakfast was outstanding. However, what truly set this experience apart was the dedicated and hardworking staff who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From the delicious breakfast every morning to the staff’s thoughtful attention to ensuring our comfort throughout our two-night stay, we were impressed. The rooms were not only clean but also very cozy, making it a perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring.

Review: The staffs are very nice and supportive, will come back for sure

Positive points: The hotel staff were so accommodating and friendly. We checked in and out twice due to our Ha Long Bay cruise and received a very warm welcome on both occasions. Breakfast options was very good. All areas of the hotel are clean and rooms are comfortable. Thank you to all the staff who were all so attentive.

Review: A must go for budget travellers of vietnam. Quality service and the staffs were also good. Room is superior as well as its amenities. We had a peaceful and beautiful stay there.

Positive points: The room was great. I had to work for a few hours and the feeling was excellent. The staff really gave me attention whether I needed directions or reccomenations for places.rnBesides that, the location is central in the amazing city of Hanoi.

Review: The rooms are very large with comfortable beds, good shower, with great breakfast and the most amazing staff. Every member of staff were just amazing and so helpful. nThe hotels location is a bit far from everything so you’ll need a grab but this wasn’t a big deal for us. nThe WIFI was a major problem for us as we work and travel. They did everything they could to sort this out. Eventually they moved us to a room with its own router and the problem was solved. Personally, this would be the only reason we wouldn’t return. nApart from this, it’s a lovely hotel.

Positive points: Can’t imagine a better hotel to stay in whilst visiting Hanoi. So well located, wonderful staff and service and lovely rooms. The breakfast buffet is excellent! Can’t recommend enough! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Positive points: Beautiful boutique hotel. Lots of food options nearby the hotel. Staff were very helpful with arranging our city tour. Breakfast was one of the best during our trip. Would definitely come back to stay.

Review: Overall it's pretty OK, sometimes after a certain random time in the evening there's only lukewarm water and no hot water and even tho we asked 3 times for no one to go in our room and no cleaning to be done they still went in every day.nThe facilities are OK but not great, really old and not amazingly maintained.nWe still enjoyed our stay but it wasn't perfect.

Positive points: The location of the hotel is beautiful and located in the center of Hanoi. All the staff were smiling and I felt relieved to come back to the hotel.rnI am especially grateful to the staff for their excellent service and help throughout my journey since I checked in.rnWe will definitely come back here every time we come to Hanoi.

Review: noise from people's talking and smell of cooking as early as 6am

Positive points: Our experience at the hotel was one of the best I’ve ever had while traveling.rnThe hotel location is beautiful and located in the center of Hanoi city.rnThe morning breakfast was of very good quality and featured premium food.rnHighly recommended!

Review: Clean, spacious room but the equipment is quite old, good location for getting around, breakfast has few items but both Western and local options can fill you up, early breakfast from 6:00, easy to arrange daily schedule, polite and friendly staff, linens not heavily scented with bleach or detergent, will return when possible (2 nights on February 12, 13, 2025).

Positive points: Often the pictures on the internet are beautiful, but unlike what I actually thought I would try to stay here, it was a shame, but this was never the case, it was rather the best hotel that exceeded my expectations.rnThe hotel itself is lovely, but most of all the hotel staff are just so kind. The hospitality couldn't be better.rnIt was a great memory.

Positive points: The room condition was very clean and great, and the bathroom water pressure was also strong and very satisfied. Arriving at the hotel for the first time, the smile and attitude of the friendly staff gave an unlimited impression to our family visiting. Breakfast was also nice, each meal was clean and tasty. If you're planning a trip to Hanoi, we recommend this hotel.

Review: Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình và cực kì chu đáo. Hẻm rộng ô tô vào thoải mái.

Positive points: We had a fantastic stay at Sao Mai boutique. Location was great, inside very charming and comfortable plus the staff extremely helpful, from customer service, who did all he could and more to assist us during our two days in Hanoi.
