Positive points: Friendly staffs. Breakfast was good. Big and nice view room with balcony. I rent motorcycle for 2 and 1/2 days, but they charged me only 2 days. Definitely stay here next time when i come back DN

Review: Our hotel needs are simple and Santori hotel stay surely fulfilled positively in meeting it. One small recommendation is the coffee offered at breakfast was just warm, not hot enough to our liking. After that, everything was perfect. Great job, great team.

Review: My family and I stayed 4nights at Santori Hotel and Spa in Da Nang and had a generally pleasant experience. The hotel is clean and meets all the basic requirements in terms of cleanliness and facilities, providing a comfortable environment for guests.

The breakfast options are simple but satisfying, with Vietnamese classics like **banh mi** and **pho noodles**, alternating daily between chicken or beef. It’s a good way to start the day and experience local flavors.

The location is a strong point—it’s near the iconic **Dragon Bridge** and **My Khe Beach**, making it easy to explore the city. Getting around is both convenient and affordable with Grab services readily available.

One downside was a miscommunication with the staff regarding activity bookings for **Ba Na Hills**. While the team was helpful, their limited English proficiency made it challenging to coordinate plans smoothly.

Overall, Santori Hotel and Spa is a good choice if you’re looking for a clean, well-located place to stay in Da Nang, as long as you’re prepared for occasional language barriers.

Positive points: The location was ideal close to shops and restaurants

Review: We were treated really well bybtye staff. The room was clean and comfortable. We got a bike and that made our commute easy. The food was a challenge since we didn't get any Indian or similar for breakfast but still the staff tried their best to serve us as well as they could.

Positive points: The breakfast was made to order and yummy.

Review: No facility available. No cleanliness. Small rooms and bathrooms. No staff to help you with your query. And during our stay got charged wrongly and the property didn’t refund back our money and agoda also didn’t help in this situation. Instead told us to contact the property and deal this on our own. Like why did I even bothered to book it through agoda when they are of no help just doing defrauds and robbing the customers with fake information and details.

Positive points: The room eventually with a nice view of the river.

Positive points: An ideal location close to shops and facilities. Easy walking distance to some attractions. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Easy pickup point for grab and taxis

Review: Location is abit further from the city centre but the walk to the hotel is acceptable.

There are some food around the hotel which is easy to access.

The room is nothing too fancy as the price is cheap but value for money, except that one morning the drainage in the washroom was gushing out from the drain, pungent smell from the washroom.

Positive points: Friendly, helpful staff with good English. Laundry takes about 5 hours during the day.
