Review: The location is perfect, at downtown and near to most of the tourism places. I really like the French decor in the hotel, including lobby, swimming pool, etc. The staff is welcoming and helpful.

Noise proofing need to improve a little bit.

Positive points: Staffs are extra attentive and accommodating. I booked a triple room and deluxe twin. The triple room somehow is smaller than the deluse twin. I asked the hotel to change to twin room. The staffs were helpful to clmeet request. The hotel was beautifully decorated.

Review: Really liked the hotel but the breakfast menu is primarily non vegetarian

Positive points: Staff were helpful, they can speak some english so conversing with them was not an issue. The buffet breakfast was AMAZING much better than the food we ate while out and about, it was a great way to start the day. The included massage was also great.

Review: Very good value, breakfast was decent, location need to walk 10mins to busy street and 15mins to dragon bridge. No shops or eatery nearby.

Positive points: Lovely hotel in a great location. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. We stayed there for 4 nights and were very comfortable. We also received a free 30 minute massage in the spa and it was amazing! Would definitely return to stay.

Review: Very friendly staff huge room . Away from beach

Positive points: All was very good. The hotel was located close to the river promenade and the dragon bridge. On a walking distance (1.5 km)was the night river cruise jetty. Lots of local restaurants in the area. The fire show on the dragon bridge is only during the weekend. We had a room on the 16th floor and the view was great.

Review: We only found that the hotel was a little far from the shopping center. My wife was happy with there service and cleanliness.

Positive points: Room and hotel were lovely, breakfast variety was good and the food was tasty. Staff were helpful in arranging a driver to Ba Na Hills for the day. Pool area was lovely, good view (we didn't use the pool as the weather was rainy) and the afternoon tea served up there was great.

Review: We were greeted by the receptionist and bellman soon as we arrived. Staff are very kind, friendly, and accommodating. They allowed us to have early check-in which was 4hrs earlier than our original time of check-in. Rooms are spacious and they clean it everyday. They also have a wide selection of buffet breakfast which we loved. Location of the hotel is good. I commend our bellman Minh Huy for always helping us and being so friendly. This hotel is worth every penny.

Positive points: The room was lovely and very clean. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows so we had good night sleep.
It was very quiet hotel and in a very good position so was easy to get around.

Review: Comfortable beds and pillows. Terrific views. Outstanding rooftop pool. Gorgeous lobby. Spacious rooms - especially the Deluxe King City View, which is well worth a bit extra. As we have returned many times we often receive a free room upgrade. The breakfast is not spectacular, but it is above average. Good water pressure in the bathroom, quality fixtures. Good quality, newer towels. And terrific customer service. You can't compare apples with oranges - this is not the Four Seasons. But we think this is among the top 3-4 hotels in Da Nang, particularly for the pool and pool bar. (The free afternoon tea service is a nice touch, but the snacks need some real improvement).
