Positive points: -Laundry service excellent and inexpensive. n-Housekeeping excellent.n-room service excellent n-bellmen and front desk staff helpful
Negative points: -Heater was not working first night. They fixed it. nOnly one thin blanket. Slept in robe second nightn-not enough lighting in the room and electrical receptacle below the picture is missing socket. n-no wash cloths. Only 2 bath towels, two hand towels and a tiny bath mat for two adults daily. n-shower/tub hard for elderly to get in and out of.n-mattress was lumpy. Not comfortable n-WiFi is weak signal, keeps dropping or does not exist. n-massage was closed due to Tetn-picture window dirtyn-breakfast is Vietnamese style, not Western style. One small toaster oven. The last morning there was a new toaster n-Refrigerator was not working. Fixed after several complaints. The refrigerator repairman put all my sodas in the freezer and they froze solid n-no shop to buy sodas or sundries
Review: This is so old hotel. It is 4-star hotel, but worse than 2- or 3- star hotels that I have stayed. Breakfast food is terrible. Staff is not friendly. Air conditioning was not working.
Positive points: The breakfast was not that great, needs to improve.
Negative points: The hotel location is across the street from the church thar rings the bell 4:30 am every day causing rnour sleep issue.

Review: Among of 7 hotels I booked for 3 week trip SGBM is the best. The most liked feature is not a wet floor after shower like the rest of them. A shower next to the toilet without a separator is ugly to me.
Review: I stayed here two nights. I am so disappointed as the ranking star of hotel is 4 stars but actually it is 2 stars. Facilities are too old, allnmaterials are very old. Towels arennot clean. I will not recommend for this hotel as the price is expensive, it charged 179$ for two nights.
