The Coffee City - Healing & Retreats

Review: Located in the Coffee Museum area, it has a very fresh surrounding landscape. I appreciate the environment with many trees and there are also places to walk. The location is still close to the center yet remains quiet. There is a shared kitchen with enough amenities. The room is clean and beautiful, and there is a speaker with very good sound for music. However, some amenities close early, such as the steam room, and archery requires a ticket for a different area, which is not convenient and actually does not have much to offer...

Positive points: All furniture and home appliances are carefully selected, high-end brands, high quality, making you feel like being at home, and appreciate the hearted thoughtful of the owner.

Review: This should not be considered as hotel. This’ a room in the street-front house without lift. No reception at night. When we were there no electricity for 5 hours with no back up gen set. Mosquito attacked us. Breakfast is very poor. Generally it’ not worth for the spent money.

Positive points: Friendly staff and accommodating to my requests. It's a beautiful property and the breakfast was great. The zen garden and horseback riding was nice during the stay. It has a community kitchen and living area downstairs and the rooms upstairs are all secure and private with a mini bar.

Review: The overall experience is: NOT GOOD. Here is my specific review:nnPros:nThe room is quite nice and clean.nThere is a strong hair dryer, Panasonic brand.nThere is a large-capacity hot water kettle: convenient for boiling water to rinse cups for peace of mind (however, this utility is quite common, so I only mention it for your information, not necessarily a plus).nThere is a steam iron in the room: I appreciate this because when traveling or on business, you can iron clothes when needed, enhancing neatness. Not all hotels provide it in the room (usually, you can contact the reception to borrow it). Therefore, I like this point.nnCons (there are quite a few)n1. Room information is unclear. From the pictures, I thought the Cafe Museum area was the accommodation space, but no, the accommodation space is a room in a townhouse about 300 meters away. From the outside, it looks like a regular house, and the reception area for check-in is minimal, just a table with one staff member sitting.nIf you calculate it this way, it’s no different from a guesthouse, just that this house is near the cafe museum but costs about 3 times more than outside. Even considering the advantages like room furnishings, it’s still about twice as expensive as outside.nThis is something you should consider.nn- 2. Next, there is the issue of breakfast: Regarding the room price I paid, it's about 200K more than usual, which is approximately 100K for breakfast per guest, but the food quality is really poor.nI asked the receptionist, and they said breakfast would be served at 7 am, but when I went down at 7:30 am, nothing was prepared, I could only grab a few cold slices of steamed rice cakes, and the other dish was also cold. It wasn’t until about 20 minutes later that a bowl of slightly warm noodles was available, just enough to fill my stomach.nThe drinks were also very limited, let alone dessert or anything.n nI don't know how other guests experienced it at different times, but for me, I find it terrible, not worth 100K per serving. You can easily get a bowl of hot pho and a coffee outside, which would be much more satisfying.nI don't expect breakfast at a hotel to be very good, but the attention to detail or completeness here is something I have not seen.nn- 3. Another issue is that when I went to BMT, it was cold at 15 degrees, and the hot water system was broken. You must understand how it feels to pay 1.6 million for a room per night with no water for bathing or washing your face, feeling freezing cold.n nIn conclusion, I would say “the room is beautiful and clean” but the experience is completely not worth the price, and I will not return next time.

Review: Facility is great and breakfast is fair enough.staffs are really nice and helpful. But all in one,the price is still higher than it should be.

Review: This is not a traditional hotel. This is a room in a model house the room will be one of the rooms of that model house, and only a few of the houses in the entire row are used for guest rentals, so it is very quiet in the evenings, a bit scary. The staff seemed very friendly, however, the hotel's checkout policy is that at 12 noon, an additional 50% fee starts to apply, so the staff started calling me continuously three times from 10 am to remind me, which created a very uncomfortable feeling while I was resting, and I find this regulation too strict.

Positive points: Bathtub in bathroom.rnVery good idea to replace the TV by a bluetooth speaker.rnGood restaurants near hotel location, we can walk to get there.

Review: - The accommodation is centrally located, making it convenient to move to nearby tourist attractions.n- The reception staff, shuttle drivers, and security are very enthusiastic, friendly, and always support guests when needed.n- However, there needs to be a review of the kitchen and sales staff. I ordered food from the restaurant in the accommodation, but it took almost an hour and a half for the food to be delivered to the accommodation.nRegarding the sales staff: they should inform guests about all check-out and late check-out times so that guests are aware of the information. If guests have not confirmed their late check-out schedule, the sales staff should not note the check-out time for the guests themselves, as this can be very inconvenient when guests check out and have to wait for internal verification.

Positive points: Location is central of Buon Me Thuot city, Dak Lak province, so it is quite convienient for you to take a tour around the city and easily find restaurants for meals. nnThe accommodation has 20% discount for guests who is staying there to purchase tickets to visit The World Coffee Museum. However, this Museum is not quite attractive to us because we are not a fan of coffee.

Positive points: I liked the location and ease of getting around the property. I sincerely wish I had spent more time there to explore all that was offered.

Positive points: Quite area of the city. But easy to get into the center if you have a vehicle. Nice to have the private entrance and shared big living room. The bed was very comfortable.
