Positive points: Exceptional hotel, one of the best ones I have been to. Absolutely stunning rooms, pool and breakfast. Staff is very helpful and attentive. I can’t wait to come back.

Negative points: Maybe there could be more staff at the pool. Sometimes there was no one there for hours and its hard to order drinks or food.

Positive points: The property has a Santorini/Mediterranean vibe, which is very unique but blends quite nicely with the stunning view from the property. We really enjoyed the food at the Olive restaurant and the beach club offers a very fun experience. Our room faces the beach and the view was extraordinary. The kids also enjoyed the breakfast and the pool.

Negative points: The place is kind of secluded and I think can only be reached with private car or taxi. There is nothing nearby the property, even though for us it is not a big deal. Overall nothing really that we dislike about the property.

Positive points: Nothing it was worst place ever

Negative points: Everything starting from the receptionist her name is Moeniah and the manager Dicky Mouiang super rude and unprofessional the restaurant was disgusting with flys all over the place and the waitress was super loud and talks with each other making loud noises the room was horrible and one night the roof made loud noises that we couldn’t figure what was wrong and in the morning we found a big crack !!! This was a waist of time we already informed them that we are coming for our honeymoon and they simply did not arrange anything because they forget and they might take lots of time when the room are being cleaned no replacements of anything such as toilet tissue or water we have to request it over and over.

Positive points: Everything. The beautiful infinity pool, the nice beach club with great music, the massive and clean rook with a stunning ocean view, and the most friendliest staff ever.

Negative points: Every day they have the same singer during dinner time. Although the singer was great, I would change it up sometime.

Review: Avila has provided an exceptional and very personal customer service from start till finish. From check in to providing buggy service with a private tour of the compound, everything felt so personal and exclusive. The hotel offered very peaceful ambience everywhere, with the best hotel room views in Lombok. Everything requested came fast and efficiently, like asking for recommendations on snorkeling packages, the manager will get the receptionist to come to you to share more, rather than you coming to them. The manager came personally to us after breakfast to aak for feedback as well as share some history of Lombok and the hotel. We felt like we were really treated like valued guests here. Would really recommend staying here in Avila and Senggigi area, as it is near Gili T. Would choose to stay here again!
