Review: Stayed at Aruna Senggigi and it was an excellent experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable with a beautiful sea view. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide variety of tasty options, and the hotel facilities like the pool and gym were well maintained.nThe location is perfect, close to the beach, shops, and local eateries. For the price, this hotel offers great value. Highly recommended for both leisure and business trips!

Negative points: - the whole building is open to the outside, only the rooms are separate with a walln- you can hear loud street noise directly even though your room is facing garden

Positive points: Clean, spacious, very nice staff.
Negative points: Breakfast was inconsistent, excellent some days with lots of staff to man the buffet line and, other days, food was cold and few staff around to serve.

Negative points: Buffet breakfast changed to set menu without prior notice.rnThe pool at the 'Superior Area' is dirty. The room condition is nothing like the common areas': the common areas are well appointed. The room I was in did not seem to be built to the same standard. A lightbulb in the bathroom was out.rnRoom type names are different: on booking.com, on site (there are maps on the site), on the hotel website. This led to a very confusing situation. I asked the receptionist on duty during my stay, was offered a free room change for the offer to be retracted ten minutes after. I was then offered a room upgrade 'at a discount', which I did not take.rnUpon checkout, about ten minutes after I left the hotel, they called to asked if I used their laundry service (?!). It seemed that they thought I had left some laundry there.

Positive points: We cannot say enough good things about this comfy hotel & cordial staff. It’s like a vacation from our vacation, and everyone and everything is totally taken care with shining, smiling faces at every turn. nReally enjoyed their Sunday night beachside music & dinner event as well.
Review: Loved the stay here! The staff are so friendly and helpful, the accommodation is new, very clean and location is good too. I only wish the breakfast was better.
Positive points: Really liked this place!! All the facilities were lovely and the staff very helpful. It’s located very close to the beach and a nice temple. Highly recommend to try the food at the hotel restaurant, was my favorite for dinner and lunch!
Review: The place cozy atmosphere and in the hotel i have a many memory that been create, is a wonderful place.
Positive points: The room is spacious with the balcony facing the beach. They have various kind of food for breakfast. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The also have beachfront restaurants you can have dinner while enjoying the sunset. Water sports are also available there.
Negative points: Nothing
Positive points: convenient access to the harbor, the ocean, restaurants, and shopping.
Negative points: it’s a convention center, and had multiple large gatherings.
