Roliva Hotel & Apartment Danang

Review: Hotel itself is okay for its price. But don't expect too much on their facilities. Rooms are clean and comfortable. But the common areas need alot of improvement.

Breakfast is not good at all. Same dishes every day with very little variety. Only thing I was able to eat were the bacons, rice, and fried egg. Everything else were so-so.

Positive points: Hotel staff was very humble and co-operative.. it was pleasure to stay in hotel. Very nice place to stay.

The pool was under construction when we visited, causing a lot of noise. The staff tried their best to switch our room till we were satisfied. We're very grateful for their endeavours.

Our experience at Roliva Hotel was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the hotel fell far short of expectations. The welcome drinks were a cheap orange juice, setting the tone for what was to come.

We initially booked a room with three beds but were given one with only two—a clear attempt to scam us. After raising the issue, it took unnecessary effort to resolve, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, the air conditioning in our room didn’t work, making our stay even more uncomfortable.

The staff’s attitude was unfriendly and unprofessional, often pulling faces when we needed assistance. The situation became even stranger when they accused us of bringing in an outside guest to eat breakfast with us. This wasn’t the case, and their tracking of our movements felt invasive. Ironically, we barely had breakfast during our stay—only three breakfasts across three days between us—so they were saving food anyway.

The photos online are highly misleading. The reality of the hotel is starkly different it resembles an abandoned, haunted building more than a welcoming place to stay.

I would not recommend this hotel unless you’re absolutely desperate. Between the cleanliness issues, unhelpful staff, and the overall mismanagement, it’s a place I would never return to.

Review: The hotel is not up to the mark . Rooms are big and spacious , but the hotel is very old type of and looks gloomy . Breakfast is not good atall . Staff are not bothered atall to serve you well at the breakfast time . Even a staff is sitting along with us only and having breakfast there . Never seen this type of behaviour in any hotel . Swimming pool dirty and not in use . In a good location but nothing else to be mentioned

Review: The room was clean and the service was great. My room got problem with the AC and they immediately give me a better room no extra charge. The receptionist was extremely friendly and polite. Highly recommend

Positive points: The staff were very friendly & helpful & arranged our taxi back to the airport. The location was great half way between the beach & the river (Dragon bridge) & getting a GrabCar 7 to each location was around 40,000 VND per trip. The swimming pool & observation deck on the roof was an added bonus. The price for a twin room ( 2 beds) upgraded to a large twin room & our friends stayed in a Deluxe family room ( 3 beds) for 5 nights including breakfast was so good 😀😀

Positive points: I liked checking out 20 minutes after checking in. I didn’t stay in the property because the quality of the property as a whole. I wouldn’t swim in the pool for fear of catch a disease. The sheets on the beds were dirty. I spoke to receptionist and was unable to get a refund as a result I just left and luckily found a much nicer property.

Review: Stayed with families for 4 nights at Roliva, breakfast was good but everyday the menu was same, so got a little bored at third morning. The receptionists were helpful and friendly, overall it was a pleasant experience in Roliva

Positive points: Pool and views although some tiles were broken and cracked around the pool. Location was great and staff were lovely.

Review: It was during the hot season when my family travelled. Checked-in on wed to stay 3 nights. Reached hotel at 1pm and till 7pm, room was not cooled. All these while the door key was inserted.

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment and the doors were falling apart. Could not close door properly, have to rely on ledge to keep door in place. Holes observed between planks of wood, on door. Wall have got moths.

Late at 10pm, we decided that we need to call front desk to change a room as we were in the room, persiring. aircon at the lowest of 16degC and high fan mode.

However, kuddos to the front desk team (especially the guy in spects) to bring us around different rooms at different level to "pick" a suitable. Found out that majority of the rooms are only chilled on one and warm on the other due to the sharing central aircon unit.

Bed was bad as well, my family members have rashes right after the stay on first night but we dismissed thinking its heat rash. But 2nd day at bana hill full day and the 3rd day more rashes observed. Placed our unworn clothings on bed for one night and it worked, improving the rash situation

Breakfast was acceptable. Different type of soup noodle served daily. Bar at swimming pool was closed for renovation. Swimming pool is equally sad.

However, location was definitely good. Just the flight of stairs to the lobby is quite a chore. My family have heavy luggage of loots from Hoi An.

Review: The hotel is clean, airy, and fully equipped. The breakfast is quite delicious and plentiful, with porridge available for young children. The staff is polite and attentive, the swimming pool is clean, and the view is beautiful. There are life jackets for small children. Everyone should give it a try!
