RHM Luxury Hotel And Suite

Review: Eventhough the online reviews were quite bad but my stay was good.
Check in and check out are fast and they took my request for flower set up properly.
Well i think the hotel has improved a lot about the service also cleanliness btw.
Location is not too good but overall it's good and value for money.

Positive points: Friendly staff, Nice view , good location not noisy around . Roof top pool is cool with Nice view.

Review: We stayed here for 4 nights and liked the hotel. It’s a little far from some of the tourists attractions to walk (20-40 minute walk) but a very quick GRAB ride so the location is still very convenient, besides we like to walk off our food. I think you get a great value for the price, I wouldn’t expect luxury but it’s definitely a great hotel. The staff was also very kind and helped us book our tickets and private ride to Ba Na Hills last minute. Literally asked around 11pm to get a ride at 7am and it was confirmed within 5 minutes of booking. Would highly recommend this place if you’re on a budget and looking for good quality.

Positive points: The bed was pretty comfy.

Review: We booked this hotel which was advertised as a 4 star hotel with a rating of excellent, this hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel.

We checked into one of the premium rooms, the shower had a leak, causing water to pool on the bathroom floor and into the bedroom.

It was advertised there was a restaurant, however upon checking the restaurant it was abandoned. The pool looked nothing like the photos on the website which was disappointing.

We was checking into another room the following day, upon checking in to this room the room smelt of cigarettes even though the room was “cleaned”. This was quickly fixed which we were happy with and moved rooms.

On Agoda it stated on facilities there was a spa, there was not a spa. It was a service of massages which was completed in your hotel room.

Positive points: It was cheap

Review: terrible in the aspects of cleanliness, terrible service from reception, lift was under maintenance, broken staircase, Agoda staff not helpful when contacted.

Positive points: It was clean

Review: The hotel denies when we enter the hotel . No one helped with the luggage and also they refuse to give us the room category we booked . Dont go on the photos

Review: Hotel receptionist gave me a hard time checking in. Didn't even give alternative options. Wasted my money and time.

Positive points: Fresh sheets, hot shower. Enough beds for five people.

Review: Cheap accommodation that has all the essential needs.
Everything was clean but there was a water stain in the bathroom that had mould on it.

Yes it's an old hotel but the staff were friendly, sheets, towels bathroom and room was clean. It did the job.

Positive points: If you are a backpacker and want to rest this place is not bad but make sure you don’t stay on the 10th floor on a weekennd

Review:
The hotel I stayed at was the worst I've ever experienced. It was poorly maintained, and cleanliness was severely lacking. The white towel provided had a greyish tint, the floor felt sticky, and the bedsheet had an unpleasant smell and was itchy. There were also small flies and ants visible around the hotel.

Positive points: The photos are deceving. We were given a mezanine apartment like ,without windows and very small. It wasn't the cleanest either. But for a night was ok enought. The pool was dirty and no roof bar. But i suppose becouse of the raining season.
