Positive points: Apartament like in photos, good value for price but the clean and the smell... we had to clean everything and wash the bed linen.

Review: This was a hell in all angle n1. Poor management not giving prior checking details until you reach them n2. The gard don't have any English and had to deal with n3. Even one guy mostly cleaning agent get inside the home because he have access to the door number lock without my approval n4. The bedroom lock have problems cant close n5. The main door is locked i need to call them to ask my and they directed us from the basement to go up with all the heavy bags if they tell us early is ok but as I said poor managementn

Review: The security guard kept pushing me for check out before 11:00 am despite it was only 9:45 am and 10:15 am, which was quite offensive and disturbing. Never book again!!!

Positive points: Horrible experience – nothing like what we bookednnWe normally put a lot of effort into choosing the best accommodations for our travels, so it’s rare that we end up with something this bad. Let me start by saying this is not the property advertised on Booking.com. The apartment we got was much worse—basic at best—but that wasn’t even the biggest issue.nnFirst, communication was a nightmare. The contact provided on Booking.com claimed to be available on WhatsApp, but they didn’t respond to any of our messages. When we arrived, we stood outside waiting and still got no response. In the end, we had to find a local phone to call the number, and only then did someone answer. Absolutely unbelievable.nnIt didn’t stop there. When we noticed the apartment wasn’t as advertised, we tried contacting the host three more times—again, no response. We reached out to Booking.com, but their support was nonexistent. Honestly, we’re so disappointed with them after this experience that we may never use their platform again. It was December 30th, we had a group of six, including two kids, and arrived at 8 PM. Finding a new place was impossible, so we had no choice but to stay.nnThe problems just kept piling up:nt•tDirty and disgusting: The apartment was filthy. Walking around barefoot for just a few minutes turned our feet black. The kitchen was so greasy and dirty we didn’t dare use it.nt•tNo WiFi: The WiFi didn’t work at all. It seemed to be shared from another apartment and was practically useless.nt•tAC disaster: There were three AC units, none of which worked properly. We asked for help, and they sent the building’s security person to “fix” them. The AC worked for a couple of hours, then stopped again. The funny part? We were advised by the security guy not to use all three units at once. (We never did—we only used one!) Regardless, the ACs never worked.nt•tSleeping arrangements: We booked for three beds but only got two. The solution?

Review: + Advantages: Close to West Lake, spacious room, has a billiards bar on the first floor. nThe security guard was enthusiastic in changing the bed sheets and pillows for me. n+ Disadvantages: Extremely dirty. n- The sofa is horrifying, visible stains. n- The bathroom has a strong odor and there is still toilet paper in the toilet. n- The bedding and pillows weren't changed, yellowed and smelled of the previous guests' sweat (oh dear). n- The furniture and decor are very old and scratched. nWarning for those who are adventurous or value cleanliness!
