Review: The location of this place is very good, close to some spots in Manado and easy to reach from the airport. Although it is not very clean, the facilities are okay for this price range.

Positive points: The staff is very friendly and helpful. n-there's water refill availablen- there's also a kitchen one can use (doesn't have a stove though)n- very close to the promanaden- hot showern- once I was reaching very late and they were very kind to have stayed up to check me in at that time (midnight)

Negative points: - wifi doesn't reach the roomsn- the kitchen area occasionally had a foul smell coming from the trashn- When I stayed there the first time, there was no one at the reception for hours (during check-in hours). I was new to the country, I had no local sim card, wifi password was not listed anywhere. It was very frustrating

Review: Very comfortable, hot shower, great location and staff are very friendly and helpful. Only negative is that it could be a little cleaner. It’s not really dirty, but they don’t clean the common area or rooms very often.

Review: As I wrote the hostel has potential. The beds are nice, the airco is working and you have hot showers. However in the three days I was there, they didn't clean ANYTHING once. Not the sink, toilet or shower, not the floor or the table tops, not the dorm (there was an old swab from a previous occupant) or the bins. They provided breakfast, but I had to ask them to buy the spreads because they ran out of all of them. Because the store wasn't open yet there was nothing. This is one of the examples of their lack of enthusiasm taking care of their hostel and its guests. I asked several times of they could recommend a restaurant for dinner or breakfast and they could only point next door. Such a shame.
