Review: I stayed here for 8 nights. For $19 AUD it's great for value but don't expect The Hyatt. Great for what I needed. The bar next door is very good. I would stay there for the bar alone

Review: I stayed temporarily for one night because I had to check out early the next day. The hotel looks old, the amenities aren't stable, and I felt scared going down the stairs. I couldn't sleep all night because the air conditioner's outdoor unit was hitting the window glass and making a loud noise I had to find something to wedge it in, but it fell out too. Next to it is a shared lobby (the staircase going up), the balcony is also a shared area, and strangers can completely stand by the window and balcony door to look in. The good thing is the morning view directly facing the river and the Rach Mieu bridge. The price of over 300k is too expensive for a night during the week.

• hole on side of the sink whenever it was turned on water would gush out leaving a very bad smell

Review: The room is clean and fully equipped, although the furniture is not new, it is very hygienic the only drawback is that the soundproofing is not good.

Review: Renovating the facilities: replacing non-working TVs, the old air conditioner takes a while to cool down and is a bit noisy, adding more light bulbs, replacing broken lights, and cleaning up the unused areas. The view is too good for such facilities, it's a waste, it was very good 8 years ago.

Review: Good location but everything else is down hill from there. Deferred maintenance and cleanliness are major issue. We have roaches joined us in the bed. Light is bathroom is flickering like in the horror movie. Walls has cracks and needs a paint job badly. However, price is acceptabe
