Review: The hotel located in a high end residential area, so you have to pass the gate in order to enter. The security guard is very rude and unprofessional. They can stop you whenever they want for no reason until you can prove you are the hotel’s guest. Also the hotel is quite far from the beach, so you have to take a ride on the electric car to go there, which is inconvenient and costing. Other than that, the hotel facilities and all is quite good. The staffs are very nice as well.
Review:
This is a tidy local hotel. The rooms are clean and new. Nice pool, good price, excellent vietnamese breakfast was included. Matress is hard.
It is located in what appears to be a new development, not far from the centre of Sam Son.
Review: The place is affordable. Walking distance to the beach. My room is just front of the pool so he loves it. But the pool is relatively small and not as clean as it should be as many guests didn’t take shower before jumping in.
Review: The room is clean, the food is good, and the staff's attitude is good.
Review: Good hotel with enthusiastic staff, located near Bai 3 beach. Very good, will come back if possible.
Positive points: The hotel finally replied to my calls, messages and emails to tell me there had been a power cut and they cancelled the booking with no charge.
Negative points: I arrived at the hotel around 1.15pm, the hotel was completely locked up, with no sign of life anywhere, seemed like there were no other guests and that no staff were working. I messaged through the app 3 or 4 times, called the number 3 or 4 times but only got a recorded message in Vietnamese which I couldn't understand, and I emailed the hotel twice but there was absolutely no response. after waiting until around 3.00pm I decided to trying to find another hotel. it would have Ben nice to have had a message before arriving. For the record, there is a lot of new hotel construction going on all around the hotel, the photos do not show this.
Review: Room very small and it's not look like hotel, it is only motel

ksan rộng rãi, thoáng mát, sạch sẽ, luôn có ng dọn dẹp hàng ngày, thay ga, refill nước, khăn tắm không cần xin bao giờ...
anh chị chủ mến khách và chiều khách vô cùng, đáp ứng các yêu cầu vui vẻ, làm mình thấy dễ chịu. ksan nhìu góc đẹp, mình mang hàng đi chụp ảnh bán đc lun, đóng hộp gọi viettel post sầm sơn tiện vô cùng đấy hihi

Negative points: Mình có nhờ bạn nhân viên đi mua cho bé nhà mình 2 hộp mỳ tôm hộp hảo hảo, sau đó bạn ấy lấy mình 60k 😅. 60k k phải số tiền nhiều nhưng mình cũng cảm thấy có chút không vui.
Review: Khách sạn to đẹp, phòng xinh, các thiết bị trong phòng đều mới, điều hoà ko dc mát lắm, nói chung khá ổn so với giá tiền, đường vào hơi ngoằn nghèo các bạn có thể đi từ đường FLC vào sẽ nhanh hơn, tuy nhiên hơi xa bãi tắm và trung tâm TP, nếu dc ở mình vẫn sẽ ở ks này nhưng có xe thì sẽ tiện hơn :)))
