Positive points: They have a triple room (which we were not provided despite booked for it)

Negative points: They did not provide us the original booked non-smoking triple room, we had to argue to get a non smoking room. They finally provided us a non-smoking double room and added an extra bed which made the spacing very tight. This should have been an ok hotel if everything went smoothly.rnLocation was off of the toll way with no direct access and must drive around through narrow roads..

Review: Kondisi hotel sangat nyaman & bersih.Tersedia fasilitas gym walau banyak equipment yg tdk bisa digunakan.Semua karyawan hotel sangat ramah.Overall it's so wonderful to stay here.

Positive points: The desk in the room. the smell in the whole hotel and the room is really nice. its so relaxing.nThe toilet in the lobby is very nice,ciean, big size.nThere is like a cafe or more like a restaurant in the lobby.nVery nice staffs.

Negative points: The shower head is very bad looking shabby and needs replacing. so the water didnt come out full nThe toilet clean but prefer the easy button to press to flush like most hotel I have been.nThe hotel didnt have non -smoking room for trple but they did what they can for us to have an extra bed without charge.nBut we had booked a triple room and the picture was very nice. only we didnt get what it looks on the picture .

Review: Great overall 5 nights experience. Best price to value hotel i've ever stayed in. Bigger than average room size (with other similiar price hotel). Comfy bed, central yet adjustable AC, Friendly staff, great location with several minimarket and food outlet within walking distance. If i have to say the (minor) negative thing is there are not a lot of car and motorcycle parking in the hotel, however the hotel can park your vehicle in the next building.
